Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with auto repair dealers until I came in contact with Dykstras Auto - Wyoming. They provide quality workmanship at a reasonable price. They are professional, yet friendly--treat you like family. Their greatest attribute, however, is their integrity! I recommend them for everything from an oil change to front end repairs. Each time that I have called to get my vehicle in for service, they have been able to schedule me the very next day, something that seldom happens at other shops (and I dont think its because of a lack of business!) The staff will tell you exactly what needs to be done to maintain your vehicles longevity and keep it running safely, and they will not force you to make unnecessary repairs just to line their pockets. I recommend Dykstras Auto, specifically the Wyoming location, for your automotive repair needs!

I was contacted and had a fair minded discussion after I made incorrect assumptions. I was treated fair and with respect as the issue was discussed and explained. So I called them to see if they could do that procedure, and they told me they could. They were very kind and friendly and professional. Comment: I took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to Dykstra auto in Wyoming to see why I was not getting heat to the cabin to my vehicle. I was very pleased with professionalism from the entire team. They were quick to diagnose, check dealership for possible warranty opportunities and reach out with a quote. They were very upfront and transparent with the details of the shipment and availability of the part. They worked with me to let me have my car while they were getting the part to their facility. As soon as possible, they were able to get my vehicle back into the shop and the part replaced. Very appreciative of Dysktra Auto and the team they have there. Comment: I dropped my car off to have a wheel noise issue checked. They were honest and said they didnt find anything wrong and what the cause of my concern might be. A very nice young man gave me a ride home while they checked my car. He came back to pick me up and backed the car in so that I wouldnt have to walk on the ice. He was thoughtful, kind, and we had a good conversation. I found these people to be very nice. I will go back.

Comment: I had a cross threaded wheel stud, they were able to rethread it and get it back on the road with a new lug nut I supplied for about 40% less than what I was expecting to pay in half the time I was expecting. I dropped it off and it was finished about an hour later. I’ll definitely be returning for future issues!

Comment: Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and an issue with a power lock on a mini-van door. They set expectations with me from the start and communicated properly about what all they could do. They were able to get the light figured out and told me flat out that they knew a body shop that would be better to handle my issue with the power lock upon further inspection. I was very happy that they told me this cause it takes someone who knows what theyre doing to know their limitations and to say so. I will be bringing my vehicles there in the future cause they do good work and are easy to trust.
