Comment: My car was towed to Drakes Collision after an auto theft! I didn’t know much about the shop but, from the first interaction I had nothing but, positive things to say. My car was repaired jn a timely manner (given parts shortages) and I was updated on the process frequently. I received my car back completely detailed (I will go back in the future for this service) and in good working order. I had to come back for something minor to be adjusted and the staff was hospitable and welcoming as J waited. It is a very busy shop but, they are polite and kind. They worked well with my insurance. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service! Hopefully I never have to return but, I will recommend them 100%

Comment: Jacquelyn at Drakes Collision is outstanding and her ability to locate and receive OEM parts is incredible. We were struggling to get a front grill for our 2021 GMC Truck when two different dealerships were seeing four matching grills in their parts system, but could not obtain them, as they were in other areas of the country and they did not think those dealership body shops would sell them. So, we went to Drakes Collision and within five days (two of those days being a weekend), she had our OEM grill in her office. The next day it was installed by her professional team and we were out the door with a matching grill for less than what the dealership would have charged us. She is a true customer service magician with a smile and friendly attitude.

Comment: Initially my experience with Drakes was a little slow going with the communication but after speaking with Jacqulyn who was very upfront and honest I had a great experience. With the strike and supplier issues I understand how it impacts their business as well but again the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Jacqulyn was great. Due to the supplier issues she offered to put me in a loaner car if my rental went past 30 days so that I would not have to pay out of pocket. I appreciate their offer and follow up. I would recommend them to others.

Communication was awesome all around. If I had a question, I would get an answer back almost immediately. I did get another quote for comparison, and it was almost $300 more.The repair was scheduled, and I had it back in the time that I was promised. Comment: I recently had substantial accident damage to my new Lincoln Aviator repaired at Drakes Collision and Detailing. I can sum up the entire experience in one word: FANTASTIC. The vehicle was picked up the day after my initial contact. Paperwork was immediately processed and the hunt for all the needed parts was started. I would like to contrast this with the estimate I received from a local Lincoln dealer that Well pick up your car in 2 weeks and start the repairs in about 1 1/2 months.. Throughout my entire experience with Drakes, I was extremely impressed and very pleased. The loaner vehicle was a newer Edge that I felt very comfortable driving. I received frequent communications regarding the status of my Aviator from Jackie, who truly did a fantastic job on all the actions and paperwork required for the insurance claim to fix my vehicle. The moment of truth came a few days ago when I was notified I could pick up my vehicle. I am very pleased to say that the repaired vehicle was, as mentioned above, FANTASTIC. Both driver side doors were heavily dented and the driver rear quarter panel was completely destroyed, exposing the many electronic components (including some damaged) that the vehicle contained. Looking at the repaired vehicle brought a giant smile to my face and my wifes. You would never believe it had been so damaged. Everything was repaired perfectly and, best of all, the Ceramic Pearl Metallic paint repair was a perfect match. In summary, I would highly recommend Drakes Collision, and if you are lucky you might also get Jackie to be your liaison. I am one extremely happy customer.

I got an estimate for how long my repairs would take and when I asked I received a loaner car so that I could get to and from work no problem. I paid $100 down and once they finished fixing my vehicle I was refunded my money.There was still something wrong with my suspension so I brought it back in and they fixed it the same day. He was supposed to take my car across the city for repairs but he suggested taking it to his place down the street.When I got there Sam took a look at the car and understood why I wanted it fixed so bad instead of totaling it out (was rear ended). Two other shops refused to do the work. Drake’s agreed to do it for the maximum price the insurance company was willing to pay (which wasn’t quite enough for the repair). They even noticed damage that occurred while the car was at the insurance company’s yard. The insurance company didn’t want to pay up but Jacklyn fought hard for me to get them to pay up and they did!!They were awesome at maintaining communication with me throughout the repair process and constantly updated me. Jacklyn even went further and put me in a rental on the Friday they were supposed to finish because they were sent the wrong parts and I’d have to wait until the following week for them to finish.All-in-all everyone at Drake’s is extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and they’re there to service you, NOT just take your money! Don’t go anywhere else for any of your collision repair needs!!!!

I originally went to the dealer to have my car serviced and after a lot of huffing and puffing and being told it would take “quite a bit of time” I pulled my car and did some research. I ended up at Drakes Collision, and it was a good experience. I went to 4 collision shops as I am very particular about my vehicle and wanted the very best. Drakes was by far the cleanest, most organized, and confident that the job could be done correctly in my timeframe. Comment: I want to say thank you to the staff at Drakes Collision. I recieved great customer service from the moment my car was towed to their shop. Jacqueline told me from the beginning that they were going to take good care of me which they did. After getting my estimate, I was not able to let them do the needed repairs to my traverse for an unforeseen circumstance. I had to have my SUV towed back to my house. When the gentleman was unloading it off the truck bed, I noticed that they had fixed my hatch where it would at least close properly. Plus they did not charge me any storage fees for the time that it had been there at the shop. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

My dearest friend Imogene K., was the one who spoke highly about this Collision Company. Okay, I trusted her judgement and stepped out on faith. After all, I needed my car repaired. So, first I called the Collision Company and a man name Sam answered and he was so polite and nice over the phone. So moving forward I went there and he knew my name before I could say who I was, wow! Okay, there was another gentleman named Jeff, he was also very polite and nice. Both of these individuals were so helpful and very accomodating during my time while waiting in their sitting area. That being said I set up an appointment to take my car to Drakes Collision.Now, its time to mention the most awesome, kind spirited, individual at the Collision Company, her name is Jacquelyn. This lady was so friendly and caring. Anyone who meets her can feel very comfortable and know for sure that their service is going to be top-notch. Ms. Jacquelyn also provided me a loaner car and I was so appreciative, Jacquelyn has a sweet spirit. They did a great job with the repair itself, they had it finished sooner than expected, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! Jacqueline and Andre were polite, professional, and unbelievably helpful. This is one business where I can honestly say I felt they really cared about me as a customer. They didnt treat me like just another transaction; they walked me through every step, and they helped me out a ton with my rental car, which would have been expensive and a huge headache for me if it had not been for Drakes!They also helped me in dealing with my insurance company, and in addition the great work they did repairing my car, they also did a great job cleaning and detailing my car before I got it back. I know most places clean your car after they work on it, but the level of detailing that Drakes went to with both the exterior and the interior of my car was amazing! I know from experience that the level of detailing they did inside and out is normally a few hundred dollar service to have done by itself. So for Drakes to have been so helpful all the way through what everyone says is normally such a stressful process; to not only do a great job with the repair, but to also get it finished earlier than expected; then to have them top off everything they did with an amazing detail job, I was absolutely blown away! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had a run in with some shady business practice in dealerships body shop, but Drakes handled the problem and helped me tow my car to their shop. They made sure I was kept up to date with the repair status (whether the car was towed, inspected, parts ordered, installed, etc.) until I picked up the car restored back to its original condition. Since Drakes also does detailing work, they had washed and cleaned my car before I picked it up. For the entire repair, they were friendly, quick, and very responsive to my questions and concerns.
