Comment: I took my 2009 Honda to this place. They did an excellent job. They even washed my car after rustproofing. :)Shorty after, I took my car to a mechanic who asked me who did the rustproofing. He told me that they did an amazing, very thorough job. He will even refer his clients to this business.I’ll definitely go back next year.

Comment: Where do I start?…I took my stock NA 350z over there with no real expectations. I asked if they’d be willing to help out with a turbo kit install. With no hesitation, they took on the challenge.To say the least - the kit wasn’t a direct bolt on. They had to cut some corners, fabricate some piping, and purchase some missing parts to make the kit work. Through the entire process, they kept me informed with all the hurdles and details. We worked together to get/fabricate the missing pieces and eventually got the installation complete.The entire team is friendly and easy to work with. They started to feel like they were family at some point.It was a great pleasure to get the job done at Dr Js. To add to their amazing services… to my surprise - the car started on the first crank almost like nothing ever changed.

Comment: I am very impressed with the professionalism, service, courtesy, and attention to detail that Nick and all the folks at Doctor J Auto Clinic provided me. I was experiencing electrical issues with my Class A motorhome that another shop was unable to properly diagnose and suggested a very expensive modular replacement which they ‘hoped’ would solve the problem. I found Dr. J Auto Clinic on Google Maps and noticed they had a lot of excellent reviews so I phoned and asked if they work on motorhomes and happily they said yes. They were able to correctly diagnose two problems with the electrical system and had them fixed within two days. The repair did not require a replacement electric control module which saved me considerable money! I felt very comfortable that I was being treated honestly and fairly with none of the “up selling” that I’ve sometimes experienced in other auto repair shops. I am very impressed too with the excellent and courteous communications as the motorhome was being diagnosed and repaired, I was kept informed every step of the way. Also, Jose (the shop Owner), has followed up a number of times since the repairs to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely commend Dr J Auto Clinic to anyone seeking honest, courteous, fairly priced, professional, and efficient auto repairs - including for motorhomes :-)

Jose himself is a very kind and compassionate person, who helps me out from time to time due to my loyalty as a customer. He has been in the business for many years now and knows what he is talking about. Somehow this shop was able to keep my beloved Durango alive far past her time and then helped me in choosing my Journey which I am currently driving. They are honest and dont seem to ever cut corners, which may get expensive but you always know you are paying for quality. The rest of the staff are very kind, and with my anxiety disorder and obsessive mother, I cant be an easy customer to deal with. Yet, they always treat me with kindness, and always do good work on my vehicles. Take it from a lifelong customer, if you want work done right by people who actually give a damn, go to Dr. Js.

Comment: I recently installed lowering springs on my Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and needed a 4-wheel alignment. Dealing with Jose, Jessa and Kelly was great from start to finish. The camber and caster were understandably well out of alignment due to the new springs. Doctor J has latest and greatest equipment and was able to show me exactly how much everything was out. They corrected front and rear and showed me how they got everything back to spec. All 3 were professional and good to work with. Highly recommend you check them out as they have invested a lot of money in quality equipment to do jobs the right way!

Comment: Super experience from start to finish. Went in for DriveClean and was in and out in under 20 minutes. José at reception desk very engaging. Service performed very quickly - without an appointment, even. Beautiful fish tank - who needs a smartphone when you have that to enjoy. Will definitely be a repeat customer as the need arises.

Comment: I live South East Ohio 5 hours drive from Windsor, Ontario. I was in Windsor visiting family, when I got into my car and it would not shift into gear. I contacted the dealership service department. At which the they informed me it would be a few days before they could get me in for service if I brought my car to there location... When I realized there Doctor J Auto Clinic less than a block away. Even though I wasnt on the schedule they made arrangements to get me in the same day! Doctor J and his staff were top notch all the way. They had to order parts and had them expedited in the same day. They even stayed over two hours past quitting time just to get me back on the road. Not only are the staff at Doctor J Auto Clinic dedicated to what they do which is fixing vehicles the right way but they care about the people they are working for. I want to thank Jose and Steve and the rest of the staff for all you did. Most of all thanks for getting back on the road the same day to make my five hour trip back to Ohio. I would recommend these guys even over the dealership. I also want to add they even used stock OEM parts to repair my car. If I ever have any more Automotive needs while in Canada I will be back! Thank You!

Comment: Great staff & experience here. Service was super fast and very friendly. I brought two cars in for etests without an appointment, they took care of me without complaint and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Steve at the front desk is a great guy. Would definetly recommend.

Comment: I took my Explorer there after an accident. Front end was pretty much totaled. The guys there were fantastic, walked me through everything, took care of communicating with the insurance company for the repairs and the rental car and when I got my vehicle back from them it looked amazing!

Comment: Dr. Js is a very professional Auto shop! All the employees are amazing people including the front desk guy Steve. Very nice and very honest. They did a great job finding whats wrong with my civic, and they did an amazing repair on it. They know what theyre talking about, and they were able to explain the exact problem to a non-automotive educated person very simply and easy to understand. They didnt confuse me and I was able to understand the work that needed to be done with their explanation. Theyre great at creating a professional relationship. I have been bringing my car troubles since I got my car and I will be continuing to go there for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would recommend giving them a visit for any car questions or problems you may have. Theyre awesome guys.

Comment: Doctor J Auto Clinic gave me the best experience I could hope for at a body shop. The staff was very friendly, they took the time to ensure I understood what was happening to my car and what they were doing to help me. They also were more than competitive when it came to the price of my repairs, much cheaper than other body shops in the area. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed without being taken advantage of.
