Well these Michigan roads gave me all of the reason I needed after the last month or two of always trying to dodge a pothole and actually hitting two others in the process. My 2018 Pacifica started rattling so bad over every bump no matter if I was going fast or slow. I went in to the shop office Friday afternoon and Sam promised he would look at it first thing Saturday morning 9:00am. Sure enough he was ready for me, found the exact problem-Both left and right stabilizer bars (mainly right, but they were both shaking like it was 40 below zero outside). My wife and I went to breakfast, and before noon he had my car in and out for a most reasonable and fair price. He has shown himself to be a man of honesty and integrity. We brought it in, they inspected it and quoted a reasonable price. The plan changed for me that night and I called Bill the next morning. He was understanding and accommodating to the change in plans and offered additional service to further assist us . I will definitely be in contact with them again and I feel we have another mechanic. I also noticed the waiting area and shop area looks well maintained and orderly. Not only do they get me in right away, but they finish quickly, are extremely affordable, and most important they are honest. Never have I felt like I was being taken advantage of or tricked into getting services I didnt need.I am not from the area and know jack squat about cars and these guys take care of my car just like my dad would. Recently I had about $800 worth of work needed on my car that would have easily been well over 1K anywhere else. They were ready to have it done within a day but were willing to hold it until I got paid. Then I went into labor and they were extremely understanding that I wouldnt be there to pay and pick up my car right away.Bottom line: love these guys. They do great and honest work and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone I know!

It took him 1 day for the repair. Just 1 day. Im very pleased with the repair, which should last several years to come. Remo was very honest and kind. Comment: I had my front breaks done there, I dont know much about cars I wasnt given the run around I knew I needed lots of work on it. They pointed it out said what I could afford and that was it. Friendly service no force selling broke things down so I could understand.

Comment: Go to these guys. Great people, pricing and timing. Dropped my vehicle off around closing one night, by 11:30AM! I had my vehicle back. Dont go to Dan and whats his name. Drive the extra mile for master auto.Dan and chucks quoted me 200 more than master auto for an easy shop job. I work on my car but i have people drop my fuel tank for a pump change. I should add they nearly topped my fuel tank off. Was surpirsed. Go to these guys. They treated me very well.

Comment: Recently had 2 cars serviced at Master Auto and was extremely pleased with the results. Greg and Bob will give you a firm quote upfront so you dont get an unpleasant surprise later. Master Auto uses only USA made parts (no Chinese junk). Their crew are non-commissioned so they can take their time and not cut any corners. Theyre knowledgeable on current as well as older cars.What impressed me most was that they keep you informed on what your car needs, as well as what you can fix later, no padding the bill.Its rare that you can find a good repair shop for your car or truck.I would recommend Master Auto to anyone tired of getting the run-around by their dealer. These guys are tops.
