Comment: Would recommend for a good price and fast service!Broke down on the side of the road, called and they picked up on the first ring even though it was 9am on thanksgiving day! Got a quote($120 cheaper than my insurance recommended place) and a truck was dispatched within 5 mins. Truck arrived 25 min later and got it all loaded up, Johnny took my car to the shop and was very kind and professional the entire time. 10/10 great service and much faster than other towing services Ive used in the past.

The tow was quick and affordable, and the service at the shop was well done an affordable as well. They worked with me and my schedule for pickup for around a week, and made me feel comfortable with knowing the service was well done and that my car was in good hands, and also saved me a few hundred dollars while they were at it. Great service!

He arrived quicker than the estimated time and was very professional. He was even professional when I gave him static for taking so long. not until I seen the care he took in unhooking and unloading my truck did I understand what the holdup was. Jacob I think. So if hes your driver know hes going to do you right.

But a few days later, when I needed to handle my business, I spoke with Kelly at the front desk and she was very kind and extremely helpful with everything that needed to happen! in addition, she connected me with Lisa, the tow truck driver, who was a lovely person as well and was able to send me pics of the crash site. Great people to have on your side in a not so great situation!

Fortunately for us, our Good Sams Travel Assistance plan contacted Mike at Davis Auto Mart. Mike worked with us to tow our vehicle to the Chevy dealer, and since the dealer didnt have room to store our travel trailer while our vehicle was getting its new transmission, Mike graciously agreed to store it safely on his lot in Charlotte. The tow truck driver, Matt, was also great. We received incredible service, and we are so grateful that Mike and his team were so helpful and caring. We highly recommend this towing company!

Comment: On a dark night when my vehicle went crazy, these guys went above and beyond any expectation. We were heading to a family reunion in Indiana when my vehicle lost all power. The airport in Lansing had one rental car remaining and I had one hour to get it and then get my family on the road. These guys sent three trucks to me. The first truck got me to the airport so that I could get the last rental. The second vehicle took my family, including an infant granddaughter to their facility in Charlotte and the third truck towed my vehicle. Places like this and people like this are rare and deserve to be noticed for their actions. Without their help I would never have made it to my family reunion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Comment: Fantastic experience. One of my company trucks was involved in an accident. The police called a different company at first which would have taken the truck to impound with expensive cost. I called Davis instead. Thank god!They towed my box truck to their facility and were able to pull out the bumper and replace broken coolant line. Comment: My car had died and we took it to a shop in Okemos who still hadnt looked at the car after 3 days and was very rude to me. Allstate sent Davis out to tow us to another auto shop. The gentleman who helped us (forgot name but was an Afghan veteran) was prompt and beyond polite and professional. He prided himself and Davis on their customer service. I cannot say enough about how great of a service he provided. If you break down in the greater lansing area Davis travels quite a bit and is worth the extra few minutes of waiting. A+++++++++ for customer service, promptness, and professionalism.

Comment: I broke down when traveling through the area on the highway. It was after 5 PM and this was the nearest repair shop to my location. I called and they immediately sent 2 vehicles out. I ended up having to wait until the next day for repairs. They sent an employee 100 miles to retrieve parts and get me back on the road. Their price was fair and they did all they could to make my breakdown bearable. I would highly recommend these guys if you break down.
