Comment: I purchased a used car from a dealership. I heard a noise from the brakes and asked for it to be checked. They said the car passed their inspection. Three months later, my car refused to start. I got my car to Dads Automotive. They discovered the battery was dead. They also checked the brakes for me. They found I was missing the back to one of my rear brakes and I needed new rotors. Thankfully, they know how to complete an inspection and repair it.

Comment: Absolutely amazing people! I spoke with Preston and James in the last 24 hours, quite a few times! They got my car in very quickly. My car had quit starting on me and I was concerned it was the alternator (I know how to drive cars, that’s it.)After running a test on my battery and alternator, they changed out my battery and tested my alternator again. When they called to tell me everything was set to go, I remembered to ask about an oil leak. They were happy to run a routine maintenance check for me last minute.They did not treat me like I was helpless. I’ve had it happen before. And actually asked me what I thought may be wrong, even after telling them I had no clue about anything other than it won’t start.They quoted me for the repairs of 2 leaks, but said they are very minor and don’t need an immediate fix.When I went to pick up my car, I asked about my check engine light, which comes and goes as it pleases. It was off since they changed the battery, but will likely come back on (which it did) because of issues with my turbo. They also gave me advice on my fuel injectors.I am blown away by Dad’s Automotive. They are truly amazing and actually take the time to listen to their customers. Definitely just made a long time customer here!

Comment: I have to say, these guys are top notch! Experienced and honest. They saved our vacation. We were 3 hours from home, on way to go camping at Ludington, hauling kids and a 34 foot camper trailer. Our Yukon started smoking and making horrendous noise. We found Dads Automotive on google search and hobbled the 3 miles to them. Knowing we were from out of town, I was concerned that a repair facility might try to take advantage of us. But that did not happen. They were very honest. And they knew what they were doing.It turns out, our rear axle was trashed. So one of the employees used his own truck to haul our camper the remaining 30 miles to the campground so that we could have our vacation! The amount he asked to do that was minuscule, so we paid him more than what he suggested.We left our Yukon there for them to make the repair. They gave us a good price and the repair was excellent. ( I checked with our normal auto repair shop from home and they confirmed it was a good price.) They had it fixed the next week for us to pick up.In summary, these guys saved us from what could have been a major problem. And they did so with honesty, kindness, knowledge & experience. 10 out of 10 for sure. Thanks again!

Comment: Dads has some of the best service I have ever experienced. The whole crew is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff went above and beyond when my towing vehicle broke down while hauling a camper. One staff member even went as far as using his own vehicle to haul my camper (and me) the rest of the way to the campground. Its tough to find this kind of service. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
