Comment: Thanks Chris Blig at Consumer Car Care for taking these eye sore rails off my Jeep! She now looks like she has had a face lift! Chris even asked me at the beginning if there was anything else I needed done, and I mentioned a burned out low beam bulb and he had the new bulb delivered and installed within the hour. I didn’t even have to wait long and was so impressed with the quality service your staff took with each and every customer that came in! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy car shop, this is the one to go to! They never sell you something that you dont need done. I learned that by listening in to the conversations the staff had with customers coming in. I will be bringing my Jeep here from now on because they will always be honest. Thats especially nice being that I am a woman, which means we always fear we will be taken advantage of because we may lack knowledge around cars.❤️👊

Comment: I brought my car back to Consumer Car Care today because The Persistent Pulley Squeak returned. My initials experience l this morning was poor; the previous mechanic (Harte) had moved on and I was not on the same page with the mechanic following up on his work. Thankfully, the owner/manager, Chris, took over and difference was like night and day - both in the front and in the shop.The reason youll want to have a Master Mechanic service your car is for their experience and ability to safely improvise. Their the ability to to come up with alternative ways that are field-tested problem-solving options. In this case, it was fitting a washer to the new pulley, to push it away from the engine more and keep the squeeking belt lined up with the alternator.To put it Chriss way, Ninety percent of the mechanics out there think, this part is not working; replace it. But I look at something and say, WHY is this part not working? Mechanics work by volume so they want to move as many in and out as possible, just like in a restaurant, he said.From the consumers point of view though, most of us dont want to know how the hot dogs are made; we just want a great tasting dog. We just want a waiter who gets our order right. We just want our car diagnosed repaired correctly. And today...it was. So quickly, in fact, that I got the transmission power-flushed as well ($197).You probably wont get the manager when you come here...but youll get someone the manager trained. All in all, this was another five-star day in which they did five-star work, in much less time than expected. And my transmision fluid is as bright as neon. 🙂 -w.Initial Review:I came in without an appointment for a FREE diagnosis on a drivability issue - my Chrysler Sebring Touring did not drive as smoothly as it did, even after a four-wheel balance at Discount Tire.Within the hour, the folks at Consumer Car Care found that my problem was not the alignment that I wanted to have immediately, but a control arm issue. My mechanic, Harte, showed me that my drivers side control arm had begun to fail and the bushing hadI made an appointment with Harte for the next morning at 8. And to my pleasant surprise...my car went in the bay at 8! This is something Im not used to outside of a Chrysler dealership. Especially not at Discount Tire, where an appointment is a cattle call or an inside joke.I said I had to be out of there at noon for an appointment and they finished up so quickly and fair-pricedly that I decided to have additional work done such as my tensioner belt and pulley. The Chrysler dealership insisted the pulley could not be replaced without the entire pulley assembly which was $350 + labor, or $500 plus in English. Consumer car care charged me only $100 (I had my own pully and belt $5 and $15)!My mechanic, Harte was very quick, very clean, and very efficient. Since they finished two hours ahead of my alotted schedule, I also had a two-axle alignment done AND a synthetic oil change so....That was FOUR jobs done in less than four hours!Today was such an outstanding experience that I will definitely return. And that experience began with my service representative George - but the whole staff was great. I recommend that when you call or come by, you ask for George. I dont know if hes a Christian but he certainly embodies all of the attributes that a Christian should have. He is polite, honest, and is a positive joy speak with - not a sarcastic, bitter malcontent who brings his problems to work.The lobby has crayons for kids, coffee, 5G WiFi, and HD TV. Its also across the street from Lowes if you need to do any shopping, and next door to a diner. Consumer also has Towing and can drop you off locally.I highly recommend this service facility and, as I said, I will be back. Fortunately...I wont be back anytime soon because theyve done everything needed and did it right! -WL Bush

Comment: Friendly service, comfortable waiting area, affordable oil changes. It works!Update: after multiple visits, repairs and new tires, I have found a place that really cares about doing a good job at very reasonable prices.

Comment: Highlights were great communication throughout, they got it done in great time for me, and since my car was dead in the driveway they came amd towed it at no cost since I was doing the repairs with them. No complaints and. Will definitely use them again.
