Comment: We brought one of our vehicles in for an issue with the suspension and also an oil change. Lou and his crew diagnosed the issue and fixed it faster than we expected. My car was producing a rattling noise whenever it was driven over 1500rpm so while we were in the process of picking up the other vehicle I asked if I could leave my car. They were caught up on all their work so Lou took my car right in. He and his crew diagnosed the issue with the heatshield and repaired it within 15 minutes. We know exactly where we are bringing our vehicles for service from now on. Lou and his team were welcoming and personable which topped the whole experience. Thank you!Update - 11/10/2023:Took my car in for preventative maintenance (oil change, 30 point inspection, etc.). Lou and his team did a great job. After bringing in our vehicles last year, we felt and still feel Complete Auto Center Pro is our go-to for service. Lou is more trustworthy than the dealerships we have taken our vehicles in to for service before. Very glad we found his business and feel at ease knowing where to go for issues or maintenance.

I may have to write another follow up review just to explain how Lou cares about what he does and takes time out to listen to your concerns and then puts his skill to work and trys his best to solve your problem. I think this is what sets Lou apart. Patience is required on the customers end because sometimes when your vehicles being fixed and you think it should be done sooner or something wasnt going right, Lou takes time to explain everything and makes it understandable. Especially when you have an older vehicle, so please hear him out, he will definitely take care of you, and I am sure he will do what he can to make sure your vehicle gets the proper repair in the order that it is needed. No loaner cars available at the time. I got Lous number from a friend because I wanted someone I can trust. The first time I came to Lous Complete Auto Center his staff did 5 repairs in just a couple of hours for much less than the dealership charged. I drive from Fenton to Waterford for piece of mind. Comment: My Volvo had a steering issue and I was trying to go to the oil change place next to Complete Auto Center. My steering went completely out when I pulled in. The guys at Berrys came out and looked under the hood for me and realized my serpentine belt was broken. I walked over to Complete Auto Center to see how much to fix it - and was given an estimate. (All while I was crying, as I HATE auto repair anything.) They pulled my car into the bay for me and did a quick review and realized there was another broken part. Gave me an upated estimate and I got a ride and left. They got into the car a little more this morning and realized there was a lot more going on than theyd previously seen and they recommended I take it to Volvo or somewhere that works on European cars. I called another place and Lou @ Complete Auto Center exchanged phone calls and pictures with the fella at the European place. Waterford European called me with a rough estimate and indicated they cant get it in for a few weeks, and they dont have room for me to tow it there and leave it until they can repair it. I called Lou back and he agreed to let me keep my car in his possession until then, so I didnt have to tow it twice. I was crying again (see above, lol) at the kindness of this action. Angels do walk on Earth.While I truly dislike auto repairs, Im so grateful that they called me to discuss the options and recommend someone else. The time they took to have the conversation with the other repair shop is appreciated more than I can even explain. I 100% would take another car here. (Although I hope to not have to, lol). This time of year can be so hard for so many reasons and unexpected expenses like these dont help. Lou & James at Complete Auto Center took the sting out of it.

He kept me company and we bonded over his dog the entire time. Great experience. Comment: We used a different Shop for years and as many of you know it is hard to find a good shop to be taken care off. We called Lou two weeks ago because of a heating issue with our daughters car. It was on a Saturday and even though they were busy he got us in and his mechanic fixed the issue same day. He gave us a price estimate and when the work was done it actually was cheaper then what the original estimate. Lou is honest, caring and we felt well taken care off. His mechanics are wonderful they talk you through what was going on with the Car. I would go back anytime. Actually I did not think we be back so soon but yesterday my daughters radio, indicators and dashboard went dead all of a sudden and my first call was to Lou. 30 minutes later I was in the shop and within 1 hour they not only figured out what was wrong but fixed it. Outstanding service & Customer Care, mechanics are knowledgeable and fast service. I am so glad to know where to go next time we encounter car trouble.

I left work early and called ahead to see if they would be able to patch it for me since I was planning a roadtrip up north that night. Turned out the nail was actually just a small tack that didnt pierce the tire, but they determined there was a slow rim leak. Comment: I have taken my 2004 Trailblazer into Lou on two separate occasions. Once for brakes and an oil change, and the other for wheel bearings. Both times, Lou found ways to save me money, without compromising the safety of my vehicle. I was extremely grateful because (in the past) mechanics have always found ways to take more of my money.Lou is an honest, straightforward guy. He will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs. If you can go with a reconditioned part, he will let you know. If it is safer to have a new part, he will be honest with you. I trust Lou with my vehicle, and will continue to take it back if needed.

Comment: My poor baby, Polly Thelma Cruiser (aka PT Cruiser), was feeling bad the other week. Her check engine light was on, and there was a loud squeaky noise coming from her undercarriage that sounded like a dying cat. Like any concerned car owner, I took her to a mechanic shop. I had never been to Auto Lab before, but Im generally willing to try anything once. I took Polly into Auto Lab located on Dixie Highway in Waterford, and the wonderful gentlemen there were very helpful and professional. I expected they would take advantage of me because of my lack of automotive knowledge, but the mechanic there was anything but condescending. He kindly explained to me what was going on with Polly and fixed her for a reasonable fee. Now Polly is feeling much better and she purrs like a happy kitten and not a dying one. I would recommend Auto Lab to anyone requiring automotive support/ assistance.

Comment: We have been taking all of our vehicles (3 cars and 1 truck) into this shop for several years now. The employees and owner have been professional and helpful for every single issue weve had. Not only do they fix the issues in a timely manner, they also alert us to potential future problems. Louie or one of the guys will show us what the problem is and explain everything. If they dont have the part to fix it, they shop around to find it at the lowest price. I cant say enough about this shop. I feel that my vehicles are safer for us to drive and weve never felt taken by any work done. Its like having a family member who is an automechanic!
