Comment: I called a few days prior to arrival for general information. My inquiry was about a specific service, how long it would take, if they had WiFi to work while I waited, and pricing.Called back the day before so I could schedule. Brought the vehicle in and chatted with Crystal about vehicle trends briefly. I’d just opened my laptop and they were already finished!In my case, there were no issues and it was so quick I wasn’t even charged.I love the history of this family owned business and supporting local is high priority.The building is clean and there is a comfortable waiting area within walking distance of restaurants if needed.Most importantly, already stressed by unrelated issues, I was relieved at the consistency of dealing with the same person. Crystal is not only knowledgeable and very efficient, she is super friendly and long term oriented about customer retention.I am appreciative of all of the above and look forward (in so much as anyone looks forward to repairs) to a productive relationship with these folks.

Comment: I am blown away ……. The first time we brought our Audi here to have the alternator inspected they knocked it out of the park and we’re able to get us a very quick turnaround. Back on the road safely in a day. 😯This week we were having some issues after replacing the battery roadside, so brought it in to have them test the charging system. All passed and charging well. They helped me get the piece of mind knowing that it had been diagnosed by professionals ensuring it will be safe to get back on the road.But wait, there’s more ……They also offered to pick me up from my house to come and get the car. 🤔I don’t think I’ve ever had that level of service from an auto shop, ever. They went way above and beyond to take care of us & we are very grateful to know that our service shop doesn’t indeed care about its clients.Thank you all over at Cascade Automotive 🙏

Comment: I was tired of just being a number and receiving subpar work from the dealership. I am glad I found Cascade Automotive and now bring all my vehicles there for repairs and routine maintenance. Having been there several times now and been through some major repairs, I have been impressed with the intention to detail and communication throughout the process. It is nice to know that I can actually get someone to actually look at over my vehicles and inform me of preventative items that might be coming my way. They always used quality parts (OEM in most cases) and offer advice on the different options that I have. You can’t beat the quality work at the prices they charge.

Comment: Since living in town, we brought our vehicles to Cascade Automotive Services. Today, again the team proved to be honest, and fair game with explanations and insights as to when a particular repair would be required. In the words of the person on the phone today. It is not required to repair the particular failing item right away. It is safe to drive, and driving will not damage the vehicle and can be done at a later time. On another occasion when an emergency repair was needed the main Nissan dealer on 28th street quoted well over $1000 for on-the-spot repair and several parts extra. Cascade Automotive Services fixed the issue not only in 1/2 hour on the spot but for $68. What else is there to say? Thank you, Cascade Automotive Services leadership and team!

They have done multiple pre inspections and saved me on buying a junk car quite a few times. Our most recent trip there was to get a motor replaced in a Ford F-150. No matter the problem Adam and the guys always seem to give it their best effort.

Comment: We’ve gone there for years, however Adam is no longer with them and it seems to have made a huge difference. Our Car was promised by end of business Friday. Called them before 5 o’clock and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Had to postpone weekend trip. When we called on Monday the bill was way over the quoted price when I ask why it was over he was rude. When you are paying a 1600 dollar I would think an explanation would not be unreasonable. I realize everyone has a bad day...but sheesh 1600 is a lot of money to me. 780 dollars of it was labor

Comment: Spoke with Adam about a transferrable warrenty from a previous auto shop on my tires because I had picked up a nail on my way home from work. He helped me get that squared away and brought me in that day to get it plugged but the warrenty company said they wanted it replaced anyway. So he ordered the new tire while I was there to get the old tire fixed. The tire showed up the next day and they squeezed me in before they closed to get it swapped out. Gave me a great price on labor and were extremely fast and on point from start to finish. 100% would recommend Cascade Atomotive.

Comment: I had my breaks and calipers replaced elsewhere and I went to drive my kids to grab lunch ( we had a rough day) and just wanted some fresh air. I noticed my vehicle was making a grinding noice and it got worse as I kept driving , my neighbor told me to take it to Jeff before calling a tow truck. I’m glad I did, my vehicle wasn’t back together safely and they put it back correctly and got it done quickly. I am so thankful for them. I am also thankful nothing happened to me and my kids while driving unsafe.

Comment: After a bad experience with a company in Kentwood I took my car to Cascade Automotive, Jeff and the team repaired the work the kentwood company was supposed to have done and more for less than what I paid originally. I remember driving away from the kentwood company thinking my car felt worse than when it came in. They were supposed to fix an oil leak, but in the weeks after it was worked on I was pouring oil into engine almost weekly. I was told I had a control arm issue and would have been charge full replacement costs if I did not want a second opinion. Jeff called me asking about the control arm informing me that the control arm had been undone and it just needed to be tightened back up. He fixed the leaks and the car now runs smoothly. I am extremely thankful for Jeff and his team at Cascade Automotive I really felt like they were honest when my previous experience left me feeling deceived.
