I was looking for help on a half ton Ram. I searched for many shops who could service the ZF and many turned us away due to the procedure. The dealer was too expensive. He took us on and what we thought was a trans problem could have been electrical or a flare up. He thoroughly tested the truck in different conditions to repeat the erratic behavior we had. He gave us a lot of peace of mind and many use cases of similar issues that point to a solution. His shop is clean and women can feel safe and comfortable repairing their vehicle here. This is key! Comment: Zo is very ethical and honest. I took my car in for a tuneup. There was oil on the spark plugs. Zo Go to originally thought I had an oil leak and had to replace the gasket. When I came to pick it up, I saw the gasket was not on the invoice. I asked him if he did the gasket he said no after cleaning it out they did not need it. he could’ve easily done it And said I needed it And made more money. It’s definitely rare these days for people to have ethics. He has definitely earned my trust and when the time comes for auto repair, I will definitely be back.

Start my car in the parking structure and notice it sounds like a truck!It sounds like the catalytic converter again! I start driving it gets worse! I call Alpha auto, they say bring the car! I get there, Alpha discovers someone has tried to steal the catalytic converter, but didnt get away with it, but they damaged it!Alpha auto fixed the car right away within 2 hours! I am so grateful! The owner had a service person drive my auto on the highway and locally trying to figure out the noise. The noise was not detected so the owner got into the auto with me so I could perhaps point out the noise to him and of course, no noise sounding until after I left. He could have easily have said, oh yes this is wrong or that. No, he told me there seem to be nothing wrong with the auto and bring it back if or when the noise increases so that they are able to detect it and service me. I went to pay for their time and he said, no no, no charge, it was my pleasure! Wow!

Comment: Absolute best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. I got my car towed here after my car started overheating because my water pump seized up. Within about an hour Sal gave me a call back, let me know what was wrong, and gave me a honest, clear breakdown of the costs for parts in labor. Later that evening, my car was done and I picked it up the next morning. Sal and his crew are honest, friendly, affordable, and hardworking. Even though this is about 45 minutes from where I live, I will not be seeing any other mechanic again.

I went to Alpha Auto the next day. I dropped my car off at 9:30 and within the hour they diagnosed (was not an oil line leak) the problem and gave me a VERY reasonable rate.Stay away from the dealerships and go with Alpha. I highly recommend this business.

Comment: Prior to coming here it was hard to find a reliable and up front mechanic shop. They dont stray from the truth, tell exactly whats wrong with the car without hidden costs. To feel welcomed is a huge bonus for me and the money I am spending. The manager Sal allows you to get involved with decisions about the repair and doesnt charge an obscene amount for repairs. If it was not for this shop I would not be able to maintain my dream car, an older BMW 745i, because I would not be able to afford the cost of dealer repairs.
