I highly recommend doing this and definitely going to Brighton Auto! They thoroughly inspected the car and gave me a detailed report to bring back to the dealership. Hes responsive in getting me scheduled for random issues that come up with our vehicles. Comment: These guys up here are STELLAR! Brandon in service and Josh the mechanic went above and BEYOND for our Cadillac that had a chronic (lol) overheating issue. Not to mention they worked with us the whole way! Going through every possibility and part for a great deal. Even called several times to verify everything was still working properly after the car was picked up! We took our truck up the following week for ignition issues and had just about a 24hr turn around! These guys will always have our business!

Because of the age of our vehicle we had to get a used part, that being said they called a few days ago to make an appointment to check on the car and do a once over to make sure nothing was leaking and everything was running smoothly. I have never had a company do that. They truly do take care of their customers.Just Wow!!! After weve been to a few other car repair shops, Im so happy I ran into this one and decided to try them out. Everything is very professional yet personal, you never feel like youre being taken advantage of in anyway. They send pictures of all the things they see that need to be fixed and rate each thing as being most important to fix down to the needs repair soon. They even worked with my after market powertrain warranty that I had bought through a dealership. Many car repair places dont anymore. Comment: Brighton Auto Service was recommended by a State Trooper for being an honest place to go. They accepted my older truck off a tow drop and performed the necessary repairs, keeping me informed along the way and keeping within their cost and time estimates. When I was concerned about something a few days after picking it up they immediately took it back in to resolve the issue - which was not wholly related to the first repair. It’s hard to find someplace to work on an older truck but they did it. I am happy to have it back on the road. You can tell by looking at their shop they are well- equipped and they even apologized for having it for three days, which they said was unusual. Highly recommended and easy to work with. I do t know how their prices compare but it’s not always about price. Satisfied customer here!

Comment: Got new tires and my truck was pulling a little/tracking to the right. Went in for an alignment and they were able to get me in and complete same day. It sounded like it gave them some trouble and they spent a lot of time on it which included cross rotating the tires until they had my truck (2021 Tacoma) driving perfectly. They also replaced my air filter which I don’t think had ever been done.Very happy!! My truck is driving like the day I got it from the factory. Thanks for keeping at it until it was exactly right.

Called to let me know what route they would take and how much it would be. Jacob didnt up sell was frank and didnt want me to sink money into a project that might not fix the issue. Comment: In a snow storm I hit a deer and got stuck hundreds of miles north in grayling Michigan I had it towed to a local mechanic. They wanted three to $5,000 and they told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the work and maybe my car wasnt salvageable. Long story but my insurance also wasnt covering the incident so I was out of pocket. I decided that wasnt a workable solution so I had it towed down to Brighton Auto at a hefty price tag. But incredibly worth it they fixed it within 48 hours for 850 bucks. The other place was saying that my engine may also be shot and all sorts of insane scenarios. Im just so grateful for the honest hard working amazing people at Brighton Auto. Folks like that restore my faith in humanity when it faulters.

As soon as I explained my car problems, I was given a prompt prediction of the cause/diagnosis before a mechanic even examined it. The diagnosis was spot on! I had taken my car to another shop days earlier where it was misdiagnosed/not fixed and to top it all off they installed a new battery at almost twice the price which I didnt even need. Needless to say Brighton Auto Service is my new repair shop! I even dropped off a second car for repairs when I picked this one up. I highly recommend them. They have diagnosed the issues, provided estimates for all, prioritized items to be repaired and even recommended items that may no longer need to be repaired. Lets face it, not everything needs to be working perfectly to go to the junk yard. My most recent visit required towing from Ann Arbor. I had planned a trip out of town for the next day, but when the truck didnt start and needed to get towed the night before, I had all but written off the possibility of making the trip.
