Comment: These guys are the best! Matt is the most honest mechanic youll come across. Had my 2016 Ram 1500 in for a squeaky serpentine belt. They did some further diagnosis, and determined my water pump was making noise too, and needed to be replaced. All the work was done at a reasonable price. We wont take our cars anywhere else!

Comment: Muffler rusted through and fell off my car. I had to have it towed at a moments notice to this shop due to a mix up with my insurance company. I didnt know anything about these guys. I looked up their reviews after the fact and was happy to see they have a five star rating. Thats pretty hard to hit. I can assure you, they deserve it. Out the door, I paid 150 for a new pipe being welded back in. I was stressed out thinking how this would be a 500+ repair and they came back with 1/5th of what I thought it would be. Fantastic.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt phone answering, punctual with appointments, diagnosed my cars problem, fixed it, and saved me hundreds of dollars! Fast forward a year, and my car was overdue for a maintenance check. Knowing this, they totally could have taken me to the cleaners, but they did a thorough, many-point inspection, and the final bill for parts and labor was under $80! Our budget and peace of mind are really grateful. Oh! And due to COVID-19, before I picked up the car, they Cloroxed their contact points on it, too!

Matt and the staff worked hard to diagnose the problem quickly and get me multiple quotes. It tuned out with it needing an engine replacement and being an old car with high miles, I decided against the repair. They were so patient as I figured out getting a salvage company to come take the car. They also went above and beyond by agreeing to play the middleman so that I did not have to drive back and forth to get the transaction done. I count myself very fortunate that I broke down where I did and was able to work with Brighton Auto Repair!

Eric knows his business better than anyone I’ve met, even having been in the auto repair business. I love the personal touch and positive attitude every time I call Matt. Comment: Had a weird noise in my engine. Called in late afternoon. Was able to drop it off the next morning, issue was found within a couple hours (alternator going bad) and fixed a few hours later. Cost was roughly what I would expect for the work. Was a great job overall.

Comment: Explained a complicated surging problem to Eric. The vehicle was diagnosed promptly and the repairs were completed on time, as promised. The problem was corrected and the car runs great. The staff communicated everything with us very well. They were curtious and very sharp, as were the technicians and the work they performed. The value was outstanding!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the price I was charged. Brighton Auto will be getting ALL of my automotive repair business going forward!
