I appreciated Ariel’s friendly attitude and patience with my out of state deal (I am from Tennessee). Comment: I am pleased with the truck I got at Bowman Auto Center. However it was a rough start. I called multiple times to talk to a salesman to see if the truck was available since I would be traveling from Lansing, the phone rang and rang with no answer. When I finally did get through and transferred to a salesman no one would pick up the phone. I left several messages with several different employees. 2 days later Brad called to return my calls. Yes 2 DAYS later. So I made an appointment to come see the truck and get my truck appraised for trade in value. A deal was made and I would return the next day to finalize the deal after a title issue. I was promised the truck would be road ready with all agreed upon deals completed. I arrive at the dealership and the truck was in the same spot as the day before. When I arrived I had to wait to see my salesman because he was sitting with another employee. I was not even acknowledged that I was there. About 15 minutes later he was done socializing with the other employee. I was already frustrated that the truck was not ready when I was spoken to. I immediately asked to speak to the General Manger. The general manager apologized for everything not being ready. He gave a little discount off the sales price. I agreed to expedite the sale of the truck. I just agreed to this to complete the transaction. Hopefully no other customers experience what I had to experience and go through. The likelihood of me returning to do business with Bowman afflicted dealerships is very unlikely after a first bad experience. Since my purchase not 1 follow up call to see if I am satisfied with my truck purchase. This is what I call a lack of customer satisfaction. It seems like the only important thing is just collecting on a sale not the follow through. Only reason 4 stars was given because I love the truck.

There were some issues with the vehicle after purchase that would have made the vehicle a lost-cause or cost more than the vehicle was worth to fix. While the vehicle was sold As-Is and legally the dealership could have denied any wrong doing and said it was our problem, they worked with us to find a solution to resolve the issue. Where most used car dealerships would have left us with no other recourse, but to file a lawsuit spending more money on an attorney than it would have to fix the car, Bowman auto was more concerned about providing us with ensuring us they were going to provide us with a vehicle they could stand behind. They turned lemons into lemonade. For that I commend them.

She went as far as to pick me up from my home, and drive me to the dealership to complete my purchase so I was able to drive off the lot in my new car. I cant begin to say how highly I recommend her. The least pushy, aggressive salesperson Ive ever worked with. Very friendly, down to earth and welcoming person Ive come across at a car dealership.On the other hand, my vehicle was not ready for pickup at the specified time. Windshield washing fluid was not filled and detailing wasnt completed. The finance manager, Jermaine, was aggressive and off-putting. I ended up buying the first car I test drove and am very happy with it; it is the perfect car that I paid a great price for. Comment: I recently had a large ticket item fixed on my Jeep Liberty at another dealership. After all was said and done, my issue was still present, and actually worse. I brought it to Sellers Bowman Auto Center to have it looked at.After they looked at it, and saw that my front CV Boot was torn and completely dry, AND the previous dealership forgot to put the bottom caliper bolt back in after my break job, I was reluctant to bring it back to the original dealership to give them a second chance. After Sellers-Bowman Auto Center quoted me a price to fix everything and do a whole new axle shaft, the cost was WAY below what I anticipated, and the problems are solved!Best customer service I have had in a long time. THANK YOU Sellers-Bowman Auto Center! You have DEFINITELY earned my business!!Special thanks to Scott Sharer and Pete Pierce for making this such a wonderful experience.EVERYONE needs to go here for service!

Comment: I just purchased a used Town and Country last night at Sellers Renew and I couldnt be happier with the whole experience! Ive been looking to upgrade from my 10 year old minivan for a couple of months now. I originally wanted to purchase a new vehicle but couldnt afford it this time around. I called Jon Bauer on Wednesday night after seeing an online posting of a used vehicle and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful he was! He took his time and listened to what I was saying and assured me that he could trade in my old van and help me find something I would love in my price range. I went in around noon on Thursday to start test driving a few things and left with my new van, so incredible! I love that I got the remaining manufacturers warranty on it too, the warranty was one of the main reasons I wanted to buy new. Plus Jon and his guys printed out the carfax for each and every vehicle I looked at without any hesitation, I had never seen one before but they are so helpful in answering questions about the history and condition of the cars. In the end I could not have asked for lower miles or a cleaner car and Jon worked with me on the numbers and I feel like I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted!Thank you again Jon, I woke this morning to my beautiful new minivan and we all just love it!
