Comment: Professional place, just understand that it comes with a premium price tag. Sometimes I have them do the work they quote and sometimes I bring my vehicle elsewhere and get another quote. Recently I saved hundreds of dollars compared to the quote they gave me for a radiator and a couple other leaks by taking my vehicle to the local radiator shop. However, Bel Air is a competent shop that will take care of you.

Comment: This place came highly recommended to us in the first place. They do their best to accommodate our needs. We recently had several things wrong with the car but instead of keeping the car at the shop for a week, they would do one repair and then let me take it back home then bring it back again a few days later so we could have our car for getting our 6 kids around. They are always very friendly and I dont feel like they overcharge for things. They also never push you into repairs that you dont need and often tell you when you can let it slide for a little longer before getting a repair done.

Comment: Best shop in Grand Rapids. Been treating me right for 4 years, I live 25 minutes away now and will still drive there for any and all repairs. Always thorough, honest, and on the only occasion I had some issues after a repair they fixed it free of charge (cruise control wiring). Priced fairly and they never try to upsell me on things that arent necessary.

Comment: Ive been a customer for two years. I recommend this repair shop to all my friends and relatives. They are honest and fair with their pricing and repairs. If it doesnt need it, theyre not going to do it. In a recent repair that I had been trying to do for a couple of weeks and had taken a blanket approach of replacing old coolant hoses, I finally gave up. I was beginning to suspect a blown head gasket. Well, I should have taken it to Belair in the first place. They found a broken fitting that was spewing coolant, not an obvious fix. I suggested other things to be fixed. Adam told me that they werent needed. Not the response you would expect, if they were only in it for the money. You cant do any better than have your vehicle fixed here.
