My first time here I brought my toddler and had a-little anxiety about leaving my car lol , so we waited here for the exhaust system to be fixed.. My child was so busy in here running and touching everything.. I did my best to keep her entertained but the staff did not care.. Comment: The Beech Monroe staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they listen to your concerns. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They informed me that my brakes were in bad shape. I had repairs done at a different auto repair earlier in the summer and this issue was not addressed, even when I suspected something was off and mentioned it.Beech Monroe is now the place where I will continue to service my vehicle. Best of all, their rates are fair. I definitely overpaid at other places.

Mounting, balancing, and a front-end alignment was needed to install my tires to provide the best performance. The mechanics did a fantastic job. Excellent out-the-door price for everything. Everyone was so nice to work with and gave excellent service. Rebecca was always ready to greet customers with a smile and helped me with completing my purchase. This is the nicest automotive center I have ever seen . They have a very clean waiting area and offer complimentary coffee and bottled water while you wait. Comment: Went there to get the $9 alignment front end special done to my vehicle, very detailed and amazing shop I’ve personally been to.I still give this place a 4 out of 5 stars because of 2 reasons: the attitude of ‘Steve’ and misguiding me. When I first entered and had explained my reason for coming to the alignment, Steve was on edge in regards to explaining that if there’s something wrong w/ my vehicle it’s going to be more than $9 and could have been more calmer explaining the types of alignment that the car may need. He also had informed me there’s a $45 inspection fee which he said if I wanted to get the car diagnosed, and I acknowledged that. After the vehicle was aligned, the mechanic that performed him told him there’s still a shaking around 40-60 MPH and it’s going to cost $100 to diagnose it, and I looked and told Steve that he said it’s $45 at first, and Steve told me however much the mechanic says it costs to diagnose it is how much it is, which makes me wonder who controls the pricing, Management, Cashier or the Mechanics?Nonetheless, apart from Steve, the service was performed as promised, had a lovely conversation w/ Ali who was a great guy, love his character. I would recommend coming to get your vehicle checked out, but also hope that Steve doesn’t act like this w/ other customers as I have read a review about him similar to this that was not too long ago, and hope the pricing estimate aspect can be answered as I’m generally curious since Steve and his Mechanic gave me 2 different numbers.Again, as long as those are tackled, would recommend coming again. Traveling from Philadelphia PA to visit the Henry Ford Museum we encountered debris on the highway. Two days later we had an issue with low air pressure in a tire. Looking for a place with free air we found Beech Monroe Service Center. While filling the tire Steve came out and asked us if we needed help. We explained the situation and Steve got the vehicle in for service immediately. They looked for any damage and checked the tire for a leak. Finding nothing they filled and mounted the tire and wished us safe travels. I want to thank Steve and everyone working at Beech Monroe Service Center for giving us a safe vehicle to drive home. Comment: Me and my Mom had car trouble and needed help we were lucky enough to be near the Beech and Monroe Goodyear Auto Center and made contact with Steve who was either the manager or owner and he helped us get are car to his lot and allowed us to keep it there free of charge until we were able to have it towed to are usual mechanic. If we didnt have a trusted mechanic we would have been happy to have Steve and his guys work on it.

Comment: Decided to try Beech Monroe Service and Tire Center, after Nate bought the business from the previous owner, which I have been going to for 8yrs.Let me tell you, Nate and his crew handled my related repairs as well and professional as it gets !!!From day one, they made me feel very positive for trying a new shop. They made the best assessments possible and NEVER made unrealistic promises . I knew at that point, I was dealing with an honest straight up repair shop. PERFECT communication at all times, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very clean and organized. Top notch repair to my Ford Escape. (Brakes, Calipers, and Rotors These guys are just NO NONSENCE / NO BS !On top of it all Nate has to be one of the nicest guys I could ever want to deal with !They ought to change their name to 100 Star Service Center. (they deserve every 1 of those stars). Ill never hesitate to come back for future repairs should need be. Thank you Nate, and the whole team

Comment: I went here because my mechanic of 30 years told me he and no one else could get a part for my car Craig got the part with one call and had it there 3 hours later he did the work gave me and amazing price and went out of his way to make sure we got it back in Time don’t hesitate too go here he is a honest fair price mechanic. Comment: My normal mechanic was out of town for the week and I needed my brakes worked on. A family member recommended I give them a call. Craig was pleasant over the phone and when I spoke with him in person. He explained everything well and I feel that he charged me a fair price for the work that was done. From what I understand he is a one man show and there are some repairs that I dont think hes able to make, but I would highly recommend him for your next auto repair or maintenance.

My father, my family, friends & myself are well over two (2) plus decades long repeated customers with the master mechanic working there. The master mechanic Mr. Craigs quality of work is trustworthy, honest & gives it to you straight with fair pricing, length of time the work will take, & type of work that needs to be done to your vehicle at that point in time youre there that will keep your family, your vehicle, & yourself safe on the road. Its a smaller type of auto shop so if theres work that the shop isnt equipped to do at that point in time youre there with your vehicle, Mr. Craig can refer you & your vehicle to other competent auto shops that will be able to help you get the work needed done & keep you safely on our Michigan roads.

Comment: My car has had several problems in the past, but Beech Monroe Auto Service is the only place I have actually received quality service and honesty. Craig, owner of the establishment, was honest about what actually needed to be done to my car and gave a very good estimate. Unlike other mechanics I have been to, Craig was honest and did not try to overcharge me. Not only was his personality exceptionally nice, but the service was amazing as well. My car is all better now and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend this mechanic, and I know that I myself will consider him my first choice if I should have any car issues in the future! Thanks so much Craig!

Comment: Well, I just went there to get some help with some stuck lug nuts cause I didnt have a breaker bar, the mechanic was super helpful and gave me different options as to what to do, he didnt want to charge me for such a easy thing to do so he showed me what to do and said he could do it for me or I could go home and do it and come back and hed help remove them. Great service, also like the fact that is good old American owned and operated.
