Comment: The technicians actually took the time to listen to me, and communicated with me about the work to be done. They struck me as honest and professional. Several years ago, another company tried to charge me for something that was not necessary. I suspected as much so I went to this company for them to inspect what was supposed to be in need of repair. They checked it out and found that it was not in need of repair. They could have tried to charge me for something that was unnecessary, but they did not. I highly recommend them for any work on your automobile.

Comment: This shop is AMAZING. We were traveling from Idaho for a family funeral. Exhaust pipe cracked in Butte MT. Drove 2000 miles with a noisy exhaust. Tried to get a quick emergency repair at 2 other local shops without success since we couldn’t leave the vehicle for the day(s).We tried this shop and had the best experience ever. Kozak’s Mr Muffler agreed to look at it immediately. The repair performed was beyond my expectation and was less expensive than I anticipated. The repair was performed in under an hour while we waited in the lobby. Very honest guys that could have tried to up sell a complete exhaust system. Instead, they put the customer first and they did a minor repair which was all we needed at that moment to keep other family commitments.The repair held up during the duration of our stay in the Waterford area and it survived the 2200 mile return trip without any problem.We have already recommended this shop to friends and family in the Waterford area!! Can’t say enough good things about them.Do not hesitate to use this shop!

Logan answered our call 3 minutes prior to closing, and yet he was pleasant, patient and helpful as I explained the disappointing, costly news delivered to my husband and me by another dealership. He listened to our request to know what work was needed now, what needed to be done within 3-6 months or so, and what could be addressed as regular maintenance. Brandon was honest and straightforward with the work needed. Both of them gave us suggestions for an appropriate timetable for repairs that made sense and the finances manageable. Upon fixing what was needed to be fixed now, we saved more than $1,000 over what was quoted by another company, and received even more services than expected. Because of the excellent service we received, as well as the attention given to our requests, Kozaks Mr. Muffler has earned our loyalty as customers. The message I received at the beginning stating the repairs was great and included pictures of the issues we needed to get fixed. They even went above to find a new seat switch that we needed (could not find a new one) by getting from a vehicle that was no longer in service to fix moms car. There was a lot more work that needed to be done than we thought what I liked about Mark is he took us and explained and showed us everything he didn’t try to sell us on something we did not need. Comment: Weve been married less than a year and my wife had been asking me to schedule auto maintenance on her Ford Focus for months. Shes smarter than I and wants the car to last.I had noticed Select Auto Care while waiting for the light at Scott Lake and Dixie. Its kind of hidden, but it looked cleaner and tidier than most - so I looked them up online (at about midnight). We were able to schedule a time on their website, the very next morning. They contacted us early and we dropped it off at 10:00. They performed a complete checkup, called with a quote (she needed brake work), got her approval, changed oil, filters, rotated the tires, new rotors (ugh) and brake pads and finished by the end of the day. We spent some money - but the car is paid for and she wants it to last five years or more. Nice people - they made me look smart!
