I dropped my Subaru off at 8 am on the appointed day(they are busy). A couple of hours later received a call from Jack Owens (new ownership team) that my Subaru was ready and that I didnt need new brakes, plenty of life left! How great was that!! I actually was quite stunned! The Subaru dealership had told me the opposite! I appreciate Mr. Owens honesty and it looks like a smooth transfer of ownership led by Brian and Jack.I also appreciate the expertise of the long time mechanics at Bakers. Also his Service Advisor Jack Owens who I’ve known for years is real great with quotes on your vehicle and just tells you how it is and what it is very respectfully and what gives him and advantage is that he’s been working on cars for 10+ years so any questions you have he can answer them on the spot. Unlike most Service Advisors they have to go ask the mechanic to get an answer. So I highly recommend this place you won’t have any issues once they are done with your vehicle and that is a fact! Before coming, I went to another tire place that told me I needed 2 new rear tires. That’s not true. I just had these tires put on by Baker’s 2 years ago and rotated by my oil guy 2 months ago. My oil guy and my father told me my tires were fine. I’ll be driving to Baker’s from now on. It’s a big deal to be treated with respect and Baker’s will treat you with respect.

They also did a thorough safety check on my alignment and checked the shocks and brakes. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need (much appreciated). They worked with my schedule, were courteous, and very professional. When I mistakenly didnt check my lug nuts after leaving Bakers, they became a little loose. I went back and they were very helpful in checking the lug nuts, studs, and wheels. I believe they went above and beyond and their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Bakers Alignment!
