Comment: Twice Andy saved my car - first my catalytic converter was stolen, but he could get me in right away. Andy showed me the hole where it used to be and could get the part and install it quick. The cost was insanely reasonable, and he explained the process patiently and knowledgeably.Second time I stalled at an intersection close to his shop, and I remembered his help. My car had to be towed on a Sunday night! But I emailed the shop, and Andy could still get me through that Monday (which was lucky since there were cars ahead of me).I am very thankful. This place does a great job for a good price, Andys a kind man and treats his costumers very well, and Id recommend it anytime.

Comment: My brakes started grinding suddenly, so I went to my oil change place to have them repaired. They no longer do breaks, so they referred me to this place. I went expecting the worst. I expected to suddenly need a slew of things repaired with an astronomical price. I went at 11:30 and a man named Andy took his time to explain things to me in terms that I could understand and offered an incredibly reasonable price. I was back in my car and it was working perfectly at 3:00pm. I felt I’d hit the lottery. I will NEVER use another auto mechanic. If you have any issues, go see Andy at Autoway. My car wouldnt run right it kept shaking I took the car to a mechanic shop in Dearborn they said I needed a new engine so I decided to get a 2nd opinion and brought it to auto way and o my god did I make the right decision it turns out i didnt need a new engine all I needed was a couple bearings and a new tire I saved thousands because at auto way they told me the truth about whats needed.

Comment: This is a shop of intergrity, fairness and experience. When I first brought my car to Freddie a few months ago I was surprised by how honest and straight forward he was. He even took the time to draw illustrations to help me better understand lol. When I first went in I needed Hub bearings, control arms, and tie rods as well as a brake caliper due to poor work from another auto shop. Instead of pushing me to get everything done at once, he was honest about the priority of each. Ive just recently gone back to get the rest of my repairs done, and I was shown the same customer care and professionalism as before. I wont be going anywhere else for my car repairs.

Comment: Hello my name is Mr Jackson of Detroit MichiganAnd there is a very special woman who means the world to me, it's my wonderful, beautiful and incredibly talented wife.Now these few expressions of admiration only begin to describe the awesomeness of this incredible lady who God has graced my life with, and quite honestly I could go on for hours telling you about the greatest love affair of all times, but the truth is I am writing this correspondent today to give props and take my hat off to a gentleman who I've come to greatly admire and respect, simply because he has shown my sweet wife and I how to do business (THE RIGHT WAY) at an auto repair shop . The fellow whom I am speaking of is none other than Freddie the head mechanic at (AUTOWAY) repair shop in Inkster, MI. This man's standard of integrity and passionate work ethic is second to none. My wife and I both Drive high-end cars and auto repair at dealerships are not cheap in our case $120 an hour and that doesn't include the cost of parts. We make decent money but we try to be wise and save wherever and whenever we can and at (AUTOWAY) they understand that. My wife and I work in the entertainment industry and sometimes working out of town on a job it's gives me great comfort to know that in the event of an auto repair situation there somewhere my wife can go and be treated fairly with respect and dignity. So whatever type of car you drive I highly recommend getting it done  the (RIGHT WAY) at  (AUTOWAY) ask for Freddy he's the man.

Comment: I was recently in a really bad accident on the freeway and my suspension and engine cradle was in really bad shape I originally took it to 3 other shops that basially could not fix my car which added a total of 4 weeks from shop to shop. Then I called Autoway Repair and the team at the shop got my car fixed within days. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Comment: This place is simply awesome! I have been taking my vehicle to them for over 5 years now. They are very fair and honest in regards to what type of service your vehicle needs. If you dont need the work, they will be honest and tell you that you dont need it. Most places will take advantage of you just to get your money and add on additional repairs just so they can get the extra money. The integrity of this place is great! I want to recognize the young guy who works the front counter. He is very professional and communicates effectively with the customers. He is very knowledgeable and relates the problems with your vehicle in a professional manner. He provides great customer service which is a big plus in my book. Every time I drive off their lot, my car feels brand new like I just bought it again! I recommend to anyone to take their vehicle to this establishment. You will not be disappointed!

Comment: I have been taking my vehicles to Autoway Repair since 2006. I have never had a problem with getting prompt service and experienced car care. I know that when I drive my vehicle off the lot Im safe. Andy and his son look out for you like family. One day he gave me and my husband some of his on lunch that his wife had prepared for him. Great shop to take care of your automobile repairs!
