They work with integrity because they’re honest, offer warranty on their work, and are very fairly priced. Comment: On Saturday, I had taken my 2015 Equinox to the AutoTech Clinic. I was told that the car needed an Engine. I was told that it was going to be expensive. But after my conversation with Mo. He quoted me a great price and had it ready in two days. I had told Mo that I need the car by Wednesday and it was ready sooner than expected. It wasn’t just the fact that the car was fixed. It was Mo along with the others that works their professionalism. The way they spoke to me about the and their in depth discussions with me. From that alone I knew that everything was going to be fine.I strongly recommend that you take your vehicle to AutoTech Clinic and speak with Mo. Hell any of them will take care of you.Also, they are exceptionally at repairing foreign cars as well.

I just spent $2600 for a turbo failure a couple weeks ago & today my check engine light is back on for some coil issues...Hass & Amine warrantied my coils so I can save some money...I appreciate them even when things dont go my way.... Comment: Finding a good mechanic who is also honest and treats you like a person is rare to find these days. I am grateful to say that the staff at Autotech Clinic provided a wonderful experience yesterday when I had an emergency need for my car and was able to get it completely fixed and back the same day. Randy answered each of my calls as I made the arrangements to drop off my vehicle and provided me with a sense of relief when he assured me it would be complete by the end of their work day. Then I dropped my vehicle off at 2:00 p.m. with Mo who also assured me that if he needed to get more hands on the job he would, and that I would have my vehicle back by the end of the work day as it was very imperative for my job. They did not disappoint me, and they did exactly what I needed for my car and then some to get it back in a better condition than when I left it. I truly cannot thank them enough for providing me with such a sense of relief in knowing that I was getting honest work done on my car and being taken care of, as well as being viewed as a person with needs that they were happily willing to meet. The work on my car, the customer service provided, and the sense of a family environment provided will keep me and all of those that I know coming back for more of our vehicle needs. 5 stars! Comment: So my minivan needed the brakes inspected and I stopped by about 4pm, thinking that if the brakes needed work i would come back the next day. The young man Mo who took care of me at Autotech oversaw the inspection, discovered that the rotors and pads needed replacing, and, that they could do it while I waited before they closed at 6pm. That saved me from having to come back the next day and sit for a couple of hours. Great price, great service!

Luckily Matt at auto tech got my vehicle all straightened out. For a very reasonable price they did my oil housing, thermostat, and water pump in just a day. These guys worked very quickly and were able to analyze the problem, get the parts and fix it - today! They also let me know what I needed to fix the air conditioner too and went back and fixed that too! Got 3 things fixed on this car in a matter of hours. Amazing!The kindness and patience they showed in accommodating some special needs (Im a senior) was way above and beyond. Everything was explained clearly with a price and a time frame. Comment: UPDATED: Manager contacted me explaining this was a mistake and my car had been mistaken for a car of the same make and model two years part he did a full rebuild of the heater core on the same day. Apologized and offered a full refund.Was quoted $80 for a heater core flush. When I came back to pick my car up the bill was $250. The mechanic was up front at the time and explained they needed more parts than they had expected. I wasnt aware they were adding any parts to my car - just flushing the tubes. I mentioned this and he said okay I can do $180. I paid the $180 and then waited outside for 15 minutes before they found my car and drove it around.

So when they insisted I take my car here for the advice work on my 2019 Cadillac, I was A little reluctant. Come to them for all your car issues, basics and maintenance. If they cant help you (which they usually will be able to 99% of the time) they can refer you to someone that will. I am an Entrepreneur and I use my car for work all the time. I get my oil changed with them every time and if I have an actual problem with my car I bring it to them all the time unless its actually impossible to do so. As old as my car is anytime I have an issue they fix it and it runs like brand new every time its because of them I dont need to buy a new car anytime soon! They fix and work on any problems our family cars have. They are professional, fast, and efficient! A+++ customer service and work! I went to the dealer for a new alternator and they kept the car for two days before they could tell me what was wrong and then wanted $700 dollars for an alternator installed on a 2004 car. I came here and got it done for $200 something installed and I got an alignment, oil change, new brakes and calipers all for less the $700. And I got it all done the same day!!. Highly recommend this place I am very pleased. No more over priced dealer for me. I recommend you leave the car and come back it you have a lot of work to be done on the car or if you have the means to. It was really busy when I came in on Saturday but they got my car and keys in the shop in a short time. I did come at 830am FYI.

I took it to a few places before but issues never seemed to be getting fixed and sometimes walked out with more problems then before. Eventually I came across autotech clinic and they worked my truck like magic. They charged me less then any place I’ve been to and my truck drives like it’s brand new again. The staff was professional and polite and upon hearing that I had to be out of my hotel by checkout even offered to give me a ride over to get my stuff and not get charged an extra night. They did their best to get my car repaired quickly so I could get going back to Pennsylvania. Nate took the time to explain what needed done to get my car fixed, he and his staff were prompt and courteous and the work was performed for a great price. He even called me the next day to make sure that everything went well on my 5 hour drive home. Its not very often that you get service like that these days. I would highly recommend Autotech Clinic!

I was here just for an oil change and I knew I needed an air filter but he revealed something else. a secondary filter that was behind the glove compartment and it was filthy and molded fifty shades of black. The AutoTechs were so kind, they showed me everything that needed to be done immediately. No upselling, just the necessities. Hands down, this has got to be the best service ever and my new place for all my vehicles. I left with oil change an air filter, the hidden compartment filter and a transmission flush under $200. Gave me three free wiper blades, awesome!!! Not to mention every last one of the techs are so very polite, it was a pleasant surprise great to feel like they truly appreciate my business especially when youre up early on a Saturday morning, thanks guys!

Comment: Outstanding and honest customer service and very reasonable rates. While visiting my parents I had a problem with one of my doors (wouldn’t close). Other mechanics suggested I take it to a body shop or a dealer but Hassan and his team took care of it right away. I was able to continue my trip home and not miss work and my kids didn’t have to miss any school. They could’ve taken advantage of my semi emergency but did not and I commend them for that. I am new to the area and was looking for a mechanic I could trust to perform routine maintenance to my car (Volvo S60) in addition to solving a serious rattle over one of the front wheels. Auto Tech assessed my car quickly and accurately, without trying to sell me service I didnt need. Nate went above and beyond to communicate throughout the day what work they were performing, quoted very reasonable rates from the start (even reducing prices on some of the routine items), and got my car running like new all in less than 24 hours. Never before have I come away from an auto mechanic happy, feeling like my problems were taken care of with good customer service at a great price. I would definitely recommend the Auto Tech team and am very relieved to have found my trusted mechanic in Michigan!

Comment: Auto tech is hands down the best place to go for auto repairs. I actually completely stumbled on them by accident after the Belle Tire in Dearborn looked at my old car. Belle Tire were rude, didn’t look at what i asked them to look at (the speedometer shut off) and then tried to charge for me two inspections so i took my car and drove down the road.I have pretty bad luck with cars but auto tech has always taken great care of me. Nate and the receptionist (she never gave me her name but she’s GREAT) have always been honest about the repairs, polite and helpful and the prices are competitive if not better than the surrounding areas. I know almost nothing about car repairs beyond google searches and anytime i ask questions they get answered in a detailed manner where i can understand and make the decision before i decide to go to them. I’ve owned two more cars since that first car and i always bring them to autotech if they have issues (which has happened a lot).I always recommend to my friends and there’s a reason why 99% of the time their lobby area is full. Auto tech and its mechanics and staff are great.

Comment: Ive been taking both of our cars here for almost two years now. They always get my car in and out quickly and they do great work. They use good parts and keep the labor at a good price. Nate does an excellent job managing both the front and the back of the house, and working with you to make sure you are taken care of.

Comment: Reasonable staff and reasonable wait time. I was originally disappointed with the service because I was told they could fit me in by someone over the phone and a drove a fair distance. When I explained that Nate he apologized and offered me a discount to come back the next day. On the next day I was the 2nd person in line and was able to get on with my day within a decent amount of time. They had mints, coffee, and a restroom during my wait. I got a wheel alignment that made a big difference. I came to Auto tech clinic because they were resonable as far as prices go, actually use a machine instead of thread and even had an online coupon. Youre able to register online on your phone and go paperless so you dont need to print the coupon. Keep in mind picking a time online just lets them know when youre coming. They dont do appointments, its 1st come 1st serve.

Comment: Where do I begin with Auto Tech Clinic!!!Im new to the Dearborn area (from TX) and so I needed to find a reliable place to take my vehicle so I just happen to hop on google and they happen to be the first that popped up so I said why not try them!From the very beginning the entire staff was quite pleasant and knowledgeable! After taking my car in the first time for an alignment, Nate realized I didnt need an alignment. Some places I have been to in the past would have gone ahead with doing the alignment and would have charged me for the service without blinking however Nate was upfront and honest. I walked out only paying $20 bucks at least for their time! I was happy to do so!This brings me to my next visit... My 2013 Mercedes GLK 350 needed its B1 service plus some other things. I was impressed with Nate and the staff the first time that I decided to take my car back to their shop. If I had taken my vehicle to the dealership for service and the additional work it would have cost me nearly $2K however Nate worked with me and my bill was half the dealers price.Additionally, I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were with foreign vehicles like mine own especially Nate! In fact they have shop down the street that is dedicated to foreign vehicles!Also, I cant stress enough how impressed I was with their customer service. They even took time out of their scheduled to shuttle me to and from the shop! And to add, Nate even called me after the fact to see how my vehicle was running! Auto Tech Clinic epitomizes what customer services should be all about!I will definitely be back!!!!!! They have a customer for life!!

Comment: Its really hard to find an honest auto repair shop. Ive been screwed around many times. And today I got wonderful news from auto tech clinic. My car was making a rattling noise after I reached 30 mph. I took the car in this morning and it only took a few hours for them to figure out the problem. They said that my splashguard was loose. They are charging me nothing to fix it since it was such a minor repair. They definitely couldve handled this like other shops Ive been to before and lied and made it a bigger deal than it was. But they were honest, helpful, timely and I truly appreciate it.

Comment: Went in earlier today and was honestly so impressed. Never in my life have I ever had such a simple and smooth interaction at a mechanic shop. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Nate who was very kind and helpful. The first shop I went to estimated me at around 300, Nate did it in 30 minutes for a third of the cost. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Comment: Great experience. Very honest my 2004 Tahoe with over 100,000 miles needed a lot of work done to my suspension. Went to couple other shops including Shamrock on Telegraph and Auto tech was able to do all the work for a lot less. Great staff keep it up will for sure be back .

Comment: I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler, I had problems with my transmission. I took it to Auto Tech and they offered me rides back and forth to where I needed to go. Great service and awesome technicians. I definently recommend everyone should go to this shop plus its in a great location!

Comment: I have been to Auto Tech several times , every time was a good experience. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The prices are fair, the work is good. I never had to return for the same problem. The managers Rebecca and Nate are very nice and understanding . I would recommend this place to anyone. Comment: I brought my 2014 Cruze to them after 2 other licensed mechanics couldnt fix it. It had some check engine lights on it and electrical bugs that no one could figure out. After wasting time and money with no results Auto Tech got me on the road safe and for an extremely reasonable and affordable price. Everyone was friendly and smiling and really made me feel appreciated. Trust this shop with your car if you want high quality service that is inexpensive!

Comment: Took my car to multiple mechanic shops in the area to repair the electrical wiring through the dash board in my 2007 Corvette. Auto tech clinic gave me a great price with quick service, he finished the job within the same day. The owner Hass is very nice and caring when treated with respect, definitely the most professional mechanic shop in the metro Detroit area, I recommend this place to everyone especially if you arent familiar with the area.

Comment: My family has been taking our cars here since before I could even drive. The service here is unbelievably great. I take all 3 of my cars and my classic for regular maintenance every three months to Auto Tech. Whenever I need major repairs they are more than happy to help with a fair low price. I read a few of these comments below and while you cant make everyone happy, some of the things they are saying are ridiculous. Ive only dealt with Hass once and he was a great help. I would recommend anyone to go to Auto Tech. They do dealership grade work at really low prices. I cannot be more pleased with these folks!

Comment: Satisfied Customer.My 2003 AUDI just broke down in the middle of the street. I needed major repairs that would have cost way to much if I had gone to a dealer. They gave me a very fair price and my car was repaired within two days.For any busy, single mom with unexpected car problems, this is the place to come. They take the time to show you what is needed to repair your car and why? They make you feel at ease about the work needed and I felt comfortable... not like I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman.I would definitely recommend this repair shop. Customer service is excellent. Just ask for Nate.

Comment: Auto Tech Clinic is the repair shop to be. Great customer service and extremely friendly. I brought my car in on a Saturday for a 34 point inspection (which they do for free) and coolant was leaking from my car. Nader and the girls managed to get me in on such a busy day. They checked out my car and Nader the gentlemen up front on the counter called me out to show me my car, him and his mechanic. Nader then talked to me outside about the prices and everything and really took his time talking with me, explaining everything to me. They replaced my lower radiator hose, 2 outer tie rods , 2 inner tie rods, 2 lower ball joints, and told me he would throw in the alignment for free. I also met Hass, the manager and owner, who is a very friendly guy. He talked to me about my car briefly, as well as other customers sitting in the waiting room. It really does show that he does care about customers cars. Hass, Nader, the girls, and their team are very friendly and fair. Ive been to many mechanic shops, but I have to say this is the best Ive been to. Auto Tech Clinic, thank you for fixing my car, it drives like new. I will definitely bring my business back to you guys!
