They were super responsive, letting me know updates on my car, and when parts came in and when my car was ready. communications and work was prompt, everyone was extremely helpful and nice. And especially as a woman with 0% car knowledge, I’ve seen a few other reviews, they made me just feel very secure that everything was done and walking me through it, so I understood the problems and what was fixed. I appreciate everything and was even pleasantly surprised that I get the two-year warranty or 24,000 mile service protection and roadside assistance. I am so glad I went to Automotive Solutions. Thank you!! Now, my brakes work! And my engine is no longer overheating, thanks for changing all those coolant hoses! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

On my latest service, I essentially gave Automotive Solutions a prime opportunity to do just that by asking them to look over a new-to-me vehicle and let me know if there were any glaring issues that needed to be repaired.I was pleasantly shocked that their evaluation was incredibly reasonable, and prices were within an average range for the proposed services. They were able to make a couple of significant repairs within a day and I never felt taken advantage of or talked down to. Working with them has been a very pleasant experience, as much as getting car repairs can be.

Comment: I was shopping for a used truck and needed a mechanic to look at one before I potentially purchased it. I was able to immediately get it in to Automotive Solutions and they did a thorough job looking it over for me and gave me a list of everything they found wrong with approximate cost to fix. If I were in the area I would not hesitate to take my vehicle here.

Comment: I usually go to this auto body shop to fix my car and they are great! They always fix my car well and work within my budget. The only time Ive had a problem, was when they said they did the alignment for my front, but after I went to belle tire they said it was still out of alignment

Comment: I’ve never been to an auto shop where guys were honest, transparent, and thorough. My vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion and they even dropped me off at work and picked me up. There was constant communication through the diagnosis period and when they were fixing my vehicle. Both before they fixed my truck and after we went on a test drive to ensure the problem was fixed and I was satisfied. I’ll never take my auto needs elsewhere. Thanks again Jason and Doug!
