This is a place that you can definitely trust!Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and she is very professional. She will explain any required details and patiently answer any questions you might have. Doug is also super helpul when going over any of your car needs.They will provide a detailed online report of any required repairs and they also have an automated system that will send you text msgs about the status of your car.They are very honest and transparent on your car needs without pushing you for any unnecesary things. They are reasonably priced and they will work with you on your options.They do get pretty busy so it is very recommended to call ahead.

Comment: I brought my vehicle in because it was turning over, but not starting. I was told I needed a new key and a new fuel pump, was given a price and told it would be ready in a few days. When I picked my vehicle up, they told me I didn’t need a fuel pump, only a new wire. The price ended up being much cheaper than originally quoted. They could have charged me for the fuel pump and wouldn’t have known the difference. They are very honest, I would highly recommend them.

Comment: This s past Spring I had my car at a dealer for another repair. While I was there, they told me I had a bad right tie rod and wanted several hundred dollars to fix it. I told them at the time to leave it.Near the end of June, I took my car to Automotive Physicians to have them check it out. Within a couple of hours they had done a full front end inspection and found absolutely nothing wrong. They certainly could have told me the tie rod needed to be replaced and I would have never known. Instead, they chose to be honest about it. Good Joes, Damm (sic) good Joes.

Comment: My wife and I use Automotive Physicians for our 2019 Ford F-150. It was time for new rear brake pads and rotors as the truck had just over 70k miles. We also needed a wheel alignment as the set of tires we replaced recently had slightly uneven wear patterns.They performed the repairs at a very reasonable rate and had great communication. They called when they started the repairs to give an estimated price and completion time. They followed up later in the day to notify me that the rotors were delivered late and repairs would not be finished until the next day. They let me know the next day as soon as repairs were done.Unfortunately, the additional vibration symptom I requested that they attempt to diagnose did not present itself on their test drive. Go figure! That’s how it goes with intermittent issues; they’re never there when you need them to be for proper diagnosis.

Comment: I recently purchased a vehicle for $3k knowing it had a transmission leak issues per the seller. I brought it into Automotive Physicians for a diagnosis. I was told by my neighbors to take my vehicle here. After researching Automotive Physicians on the internet I found very high reviews left by a lot of other car owners. I was so happy I found this place because Doug and his Team are superstars. I had a very unique issue with my transmission leak due to part numbers not matching the drawing print causing dimensional issues and requirement discrepancies. Doug and his Team worked endlessly and long hours to figure out what the problem was. This goes a long way with me, and I’m a lifer. After a few days of constant work I received a call from Doug and they found the problem. I was so relieved. Doug said everything was going to be okay and everything was indeed okay. Doug is professional, patient, caring, calm and collective. Doug and his team know cars and they listened to me throughout the entire process. I received better treatment here than at a dealership. I felt like a VIP. I would give Automotive Physicians 100 stars if I can. The communication was superb. They use all platforms to communicate, phone, text and email. They even sent me a report of the health of my car so I now know what I need to work on next. I was pleasantly surprised to hear my Dodge Avenger that has roughly 140,000 miles is in great condition. Comment: Walked in and had no idea what was going on with my car. The lady up front was so sweet and very welcoming. Told me everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had no problem. Did an amazing job on my alignment at such a great price. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Amazing staff. So friendly and very knowledgeable. 5 stars no doubt about it.
