I left a message explaining situation, as I was in Florida. Beth called immediately on monday and explained the issues. They ordered the parts and finished the job in two days, which could have been faster if they didnt have to order a radiator. Great service, fair price, top notch professionalism, and an amazing turnaround time. Car is now ready for the long drive back to Florida. 5 stars for sure.

This isnt the kind of place where your brake fluid is left at minimum level after a service - this is the practice of true experts. First time they removed a mouse nest in my blower. This time a full brake job and sway bar link replacements.The service is not cheap but the quality seems to be there and that translates into a good value. I have never met their staff in person as I drop it off late and pick it up late as well. That said, I have worked with Beth on the phone both times and she provides great updates regarding status and costs.I wish they worked on Infiniti and Ford but they have limited their service to select brands so they can provide expert service on those brands. Comment: BMWs are very complicated and expensive machines to get repaired. I knew what I was getting into before I bought it. It’s my 3rd one. My most recent is a 2015 BMW 750Li X-Drive with a twin-turbo V-8. You can’t just get any mechanic to wrench on it when things need attention. Can you find a mechanic that is cheaper? Maybe, but good luck sleeping at night while your car is sitting at the “value” garage for who knows how long while the mechanic is studying google on his phone while looking under your hood. Bill is a very knowledgeable technician who knows all things BMW and that’s why I selected him to be my go-to guy to keep my car in pristine mechanical condition. Comment: We moved here recently from Maine, and I wasn’t sure where to bring my Mercedes E350 wagon for a suspension service light that was on. We searched online, and after reading so many rave reviews, decided on Automotive Perfection. They ran the error code the car was throwing for the suspension. We were preparing for the worst, but instead of needing both air shocks replaced, ($1500-1800 job...) it was merely $160. to fix a corroded wiring issue. In the past, I’ve been to shops that would have told me the suspension was bad and needed replacement, just to make a few extra bucks. NOT THIS SHOP!! 😁 They fixed the issue and charged me a reasonable amount to do so. They were honest, professional and respectful. Comment: Have had several services there. First off however, keep in mind Bill is going to tell it to you straight and unlike a dealership, you are talking to the guy who will work on your vehicle. So hes not a service manager who is getting paid to chat it up with you. We brought a sick Subaru in with bad head gaskets which the dealership totally missed finding and kept telling us they didnt know where the fluid was leaking from. Bill knew in seconds but inspected closely and confirmed. Yes, the cost was steep but the work was flawless as was the communication and on time scheduling. Next came a Honda with vanishing power steering fluid that the dealership said wasnt quite bad enough to replace but if it got worse-new pump the only fix. Bill installed new hose and connectors and everything is fine for a fraction of the dreaded PS pump replacement. As other posters have noted AP is not a low priced repair center. But if you are like us-too busy to jack around returning over and over to get your vehicle running right-then AP IS a bargain in time saved and peace of mind. Bill is sweating the details so you wont have to.

Their reviews looked very good so we had the car towed and dropped in their parking lot on Sunday morning. My wife then rented a car and drove back home Sunday evening. The next morning I talked with Beth at Automotive Perfection and she said they would check it out that day and call me back. Later that afternoon I got a call with an estimate of time and cost both of which were extremely reasonable. The next day I got a call at noon saying the BMW was repaired and ready to go, thats less than two days, I was amazed at the service and speed with which they took care of my problem. Comment: I would recommend Automotive Perfection to anyone! Definitely those with an imported vehicle. I have a VW Passat, and have had nothing but troubles taking it elsewhere. They got it in and out right away. Also the have rental cars available for $10.00 a day. This made things even more convenient.

It turned out to be a very good choice. AP provided great communication through out the replacement of my transmission. The service was done in a timely manner. Though our vehicles seldom need service, they know us by name. They even know we will need a loaner vehicle that can accommodate three children...they remember we have three children! Ah, but what are their names? Just teasing.Their service is unbeatable. Bill Kenel is a superb mechanic. Plus he is honest and approachable. I have grilled him about how to prevent rust (you know, those pesky spots that pop-up at the underside of doors and wheel wells), and he took the time to offer quick, cheap, do-it-yourself methods. On our last visit I asked him to recommend a newer replacement for our family vehicle, which he did. We will factor in Bills sage advice when the time comes, and, of course, have our new prospective inspected by Automotive Perfection.I cant imagine trusting my vehicles reliability, or my familys safety to anyone else.Their attitude, skill, and track record really are perfection.

Comment: Bought a used sports car last summer. Love the car and was concerned about who would service it properly. The Dealer recommended Automotive Perfection. I have been there for two separate repair issues. Each time I went there, Bill, Deb and Klos have left me with the impression that this is going to be done correctly, without compromises.Not knowing what repairs should cost, and trying to be a smart consumer, I tried to compare their prices with some other garages. This is what I found, some repair shops wanted more $ to do the same repair (way more!), other shops were cheaper (I figure there are always going to be some fly by night shops out there. You know the type, here today, closed tomorrow.) This has led me to the conclusion that I might be able get a repairs done cheaper, I just couldnt get them done any BETTER than Automotive Perfection. This makes the decision of where to take my car for repair a no-brainer. Planning on bringing the mini van to them next week for diagnoses and repair. Glad the Dealer recommended them.
