Comment: I needed a cvt transmission fluid change. The guy who scheduled my appointment was very helpful and understanding about working around my work schedule. With the limited time, he promised that I would be able to drive to work the next day, whether the fluid change happened on time or not. And he did not break that promise. I also mistakenly left my skateboard at the shop when I went back to pick up my car, and he called me back after-hours so I could pick it up. This was my first time at this shop and I am confident in going back to them again.

Loaned me a car while mine was getting fixed and called me with every detail about fixes and costs before working on it. Worked with my extended warranty company with no questions asked. I even accidentally locked my wallet in the loaner car on Friday evening when they were already closed and someone drove back down to the shop to open the car to get me my wallet. Just a fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable little shop!!

Comment: I have lived in Coopersville since 2008 and first tried Auto Source because it was within walking distance. It’s always scary trying out a new mechanic because you’re worried about getting cheated.Instead, I have been very pleased with fast turn around, complete repairs, and helpful answers. Sometimes they have not charged me for simple repairs (torch-cutting a loose hitch, checking for a rattling noise, and giving advice on emergency brakes). Other times they’ve charged what seems a lot, but I know that their work is quality and that I won’t need it to be re-fixed.

Comment: My family was on a trip to Lake Erie walleye fishing and the front caliper froze up on my truck. We still had 3.5 hours to go and thought our trip was over before it began. We pulled into Auto Source and they were amazing. The owner said I will move some things around on the schedule and get you right in. He ordered all the parts, while we waited in the parking lot with our 5th wheel and all our 7 kids we had with us. He brought his new puppy out for the kids to play with and to help keep them occupied for awhile. The service was outstanding and the price was very fair for what they had to do. Thank You SOOOOOO Much. I highly recommend them to anyone. Super great guys and service.. They saved our trip!

They were able to fit us in, and discovered our service tech at home, when replacing the crank shaft seal due to a slight drip two days earlier, had put the seal in backwards! Auto Source even gave us a loaner so we could go into town for lunch and see something other than the inside of their waiting area. If we lived closer, we would make Auto Source our go to for maintance and repairs. Thanks Will & Alex! You saved our weekend!
