Comment: This place is the best! I’ve been going to Auto Pro for years, and you will always find a professional, kind, and knowledgeable technician. From the first phone call to showing you the parts on the car-they explain to you what is going on in a relatable way-and I know nothing about cars. The repair costs are more than reasonable coupons are available.Customer service is beyond what could be expected. It’s the little things like a clean bathroom and waiting room, the place smells good, and kind smiles from the workers. I brought my kids once and AJ brought out chocolate chip cookies for them. As a whole, they truly care about their customers and it is consistently like this with each visit. Highly recommended!

Comment: Let me tell you my experience with this car shop. I took my car there to fix the window controls due to an electronic problem. I got there and I was told there will be a $160 fee to check the car which will go towards the repair fees. After they got done checking my car I was forced to pay half of my invoice in order for them to order the part although nothing was repaired in my car. I argued with the cashier why i had to pay half of the invoice for a part to come in when there was no sign that stated i had to. I just didn’t bother until I went to my car. I noticed there was dents on the door panel. It didn’t bother me until I got a call a week later for me to come in and get my car fixed. So I didn’t hesitate to take a picture of my car door before I came in which my lawyer has. After the repair, the cashier gives me a different credit company which is called “Snap Finance(untrusted credit line)” which was different from the first credit company on the day I got my car looked into. I also got charged the $160 and apparently he was doing me “favor” by not charging me another $200 for the wire replacements which he never mentioned from the start. And before i called to make sure the price, he said it would come to $406 but when i got there i paid a total of $600. I also confronted the manager and the technician about this repair problem. After I showed the pictures to the manager of the before and after repair. The manager said he would order me a new part to get it fixed. After two weeks later, I haven’t got a single phone call to get my car fixed. I had to call again but apparently the manager “moved” to a different location. After i spoke to the new manager named AJ, and he said he would contact the old manager about this situation. I still haven’t gotten any information till this day. It’s been 3 weeks now and this company hasn’t said a word to me. Don’t worry, they will hear from me soon.Update: Ive spoken to the owner Zain about this whole situation. He took credibility for the actions of what happened in his business. He was able to replace the part that was damaged. He also accommodated for both of my kids on their birthday by buying them a bounce house for a day. The owner was a down to earth man who cared for his business and his customers. AJ the manager also contacted me and accompanied me throughout the process and repair. Snap Finance also got ahold of me about my credit situation and was able to resolve the problem.

Comment: Had major work performed on my 2015 Wrangler to bring it back to new, 100,000 mile condition: brakes, tune up, all four fluid changes, oil & filter, 4 new shocks, new front suspension, radiator flush, serpentine belt replacement and replace air bag clock spring. Work took day and one-half. Kept me appraised of status/new issues. Offered rides. Very professional in every way. Recommend and will continue to use their services.

Comment: Update: Upon leaving a review of my personal experience, I was quickly contacted by the owner, Zain. In speaking with Zain, I believe there was a genuine concern about my experience. He went above and beyond to correct the original misdiagnosis and ensure my daughters car was wiped down. His quick response and follow-up exceeded my expectations. Thank you Zain!Ive had my daughters car at Auto Pro - Troy twice between June and July. I will first say, Billy is fantastic, his customer service is top notch.Near the end of June, the brakes on my daughters car were acting up, difficult to brake, hard to accelerate and multiple brake lights on - TPMS, service Stabil-track, ABS, and traction control. Auto Pro is close to where she recently moved and reviews were decent so we took the car in. They diagnosed the car as needing new front and rear brakes. When I questioned the service lights, they followed up with a code check and said the ABS Control Module was bad, so that too was replaced resulting in more than $1500.00 in repairs. Following the repairs, the service lights came on and quickly off so we werent overly concerned. A couple weeks later, the car is struggling to accelerate so we took it to another shop, thinking there was something new happening. The other shop experienced the same issues and found ALL FOUR brakes were locking up, preventing the car from accelerating. Upon learning this, the vehicle had to be towed from one shop to the other, Auto Pro Troy covered. After a couple days and research conducted by Auto Pro, Billy advised the brake master cylinder was bad and required replacement, another $560.00. When Billy described what occurs when this cylinder goes bad, it is EXACTLY what was described the FIRST time we took the vehicle in, which is clearly noted in the customer complaint section of the invoice. Im not at all confident the original diagnosis was correct and was most likely charged for unnecessary repairs.Following the second repair, we picked the vehicle up during non-business hours on July 24th. I was so disappointed when my daughter opened the door and found the tech did not clean up following completion of work. The vehicle interior is light in color making the black dirt/grease all over the door handle and on the fabric very noticeable. The trim from the seatbelt to the floor is filthy. Near the seatbelt you can actually see black, greasy finger lines. Had they been open, I wouldve asked them to wipe the vehicle down. The following day, July 25, I received a text from the Auto Pro team asking how everything was going. I responded the same day, with photos, and my concerns about the condition of the vehicle. As of today, no one from the shop has responded to the text or called to address. Unfortunately this sends a message they really dont care.Unless there is warranty work that needs to be done on the repairs made, I will not be using this shop for any future repairs and recommend getting a second opinion to ensure accurate diagnosis.If this is monitored, invoice numbers for the related repairs are RO#31626 and RO#32066.

Comment: In 2019 we had a Jeep Liberty completely die, the motors time had come. They replaced the motor on that jeep in an acceptable amount of time.
