Comment: Right before Christmas my Jeep began running real rough and the engine light appeared on the dash. I did not know what to do nor where to take it. I originally went to a parts store where they read the code from the engine light and told me that cylinder 5 was misfiring. I am no mechanic and did not know what to do. I certainly could not fix it myself! Someone told me about Auto Pro and the good things they had heard about them. I decided to take it there and met Lou and Wally. With some trepidation I left my car there for them to examine. To make a long story short, they not only diagnosed the problem but gave me an estimate. The estimate was right on and the repair worked out great and was done when they promised it. The Jeep runs great! Not only did they repair it, BUT they followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend this company and could not be more happy with both their courtesy and the work that they did.

Comment: From the minute I walked into Auto Pro and talked with Lou, I new I had made the right choice in choosing an auto repair shop to replace my brake pads & rotors on my Grand Cherokee. I walked in at 3, Lou wasnt sure he had the rotors I needed for the back. He made a call to his supplier and had them delivered, I was leaving with a new brake job by 6. Also I want to give Kudos to Garth the mechanic who did my brakes, great job ! They were friendly, honest and reasonable. Wally even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work they did. I would definitely use their services again for my Jeep needs!

Comment: I truly don’t know where to start with this review. I have so many good things to say about my experience. I was going through a divorce so this was the first time I was seeking out services on my own. Like most women, I have experienced and heard the stories of being taken advantage of by repair shops. From the very beginning Lou, the owner (sorry can’t remember his name now) and staff made me feel safe, educated me and communicated clearly on what my car needed. They serviced my car multiple times (showing me the old/damaged parts as well as the new replacement parts) and it is still up and running almost 2 years later! I lived in the area so they even provided me transportation (when available) back and forth when there would be a longer wait. The owner even sent me text messages periodically to make sure things were still going well. So needless to say their customer and repair services receive an A+ grade from me! This is the only place I will trust to handle my car. Thanks again to you all.

I have to say I didnt expect such fast service, but they did a great job and I only missed one day of work. My truck accelerates much better, no hesitation at lights, idling is smooth and the fuel gage reads correctly. Ive had issues for some time, never thought it might be the fuel pump. Thanks guys! Comment: First brake replacement on 10 yr old GMC pickup. They explained they were going to check fr and rr brakes, rotors, drums, lines, etc. As it turned out, only new front pads were installed. Couldve charged much more to do additional services and I would have been none the wiser, but didnt, and my truck stops fine! And they checked up after a couple days, and after a month, to make sure all was good. Nice.

I had spent $500 to get back brakes and not even one week later with 2days lights came on and brakes started to feel unsafe. Comment: Took my car in to get an oil change not only did they suggest synthetic oil with a coupon because I drive for work so much, they physically took me to the back of the shop to show me that my tie rods were loose. I didn’t feel like I was being swindled for money for once! Also the inside of the waiting room is comfortable and gorgeous, only going here from now on!

Comment: I decided to try out this place after getting a pamphlet in the mail. The service I received was outstanding and the prices very reasonable. I went in for an oil change and without my even asking, they addressed the warning lights on my dash with no additional charge. No other place has ever done that for me, not even my dealership! They didn’t try to upsell me anything and were great with explaining everything to me. I was in and out very quickly and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend them!

This summer the engine on my 2015 Volkswagen GTI blew and I took it to a local auto dealership because i tend to baby my car and wanted the best care possible. Three weeks later I got to pay over $3,000.00 for a car that was still inoperable and with an engine totally removed. My experience was a nightmare, I depleted all savings on car rentals and I was at the end of my financial rope. One day, I walked into Auto Pro, spoke with a great guy name Shakel who made no promises but said they would do their best for me. Their best exceeded my expectations and made that car dealership in question look like high paid rip off artists. In two weeks time, I had another engine in my car and back on the road for thousands less than that dealership offered me. If you want the best quality treatment of your car for the money, go to Auto Pro first! Say high to Shakel and great mechanics that work there; tell them Orvie sent you!

Elder Ford and Huntington Ford are a joke...The guys at Autopro Shakeel and Tommy were very knowledgeable, supportive and understanding of my needs. Comment: I have had my truck in for brakes....1st time Mgr indicated i needed new front and back brakes/rotors ...I had front done apx 1 year before, but I gave the ok until I realized after getting pads back they were new. 2nd time truck began shaking terribly, took back they changed rotors. 3rd time brakes are squeaking. Spoke with a new MGR Tom and he insisted he will make it right.... Tom is now handling and im confident this is a good change for the company. Thank you Tom
