Comment: FANTASTIC SERVICE!! In March of 2022, Auto Lab replaced a front axle seal in my Fusion. About a week ago, I noticed that my transmission was starting to shift hard between gears and I realized that I had transmission fluid on my driveway. I called Auto Lab and explained the situation. They had me bring it in the next day at 9am. By 2:30 pm, the same day, they called me to let me know that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up and that everything was covered 100% under their 2-year parts and labor warranty!! Simply Amazing!! I am so impressed with their honesty and that they were able to fix it in such a short time. Unfortunately, the seal that they used in March 2022 was a defect and not their fault at all. This was one of those situations where it’s not the expense of the part, but the cost of labor to fix it and they did it with a smile. Everyone was very nice from start to finish, and I highly recommend.

I always make an appointment upfront and they never disappoint - in the garage within 5 minutes of arriving, and out in 45 minutes or less. As far as I can see, this shops price (for both services) is always the best within a 5 mile radius from my office. I highly recommend using this facility.

They were the only auto repair shop that suggested a repair when the wheel guards and mud flaps on my car where damaged. Everyone else fixed them with zip ties. I dont have to cringe when they give me an estimate because I know they are fair and honest!You really need to take your car(s) to Auto Lab if you want honest, friendly, and fair service. Been taking my car there when I worked in Livonia. Even though I no longer work in the area, I still make the drive to AutoLab Livonia. Jeff and Mark are great! They not just did the typical telling you what needs repairs, but took me out to the garage and actually showed me the issue with my car. Then found an alternative repair to fix the issue that was more affordable and in my budget. Roger, the mechanic was knowledgeable and fixed up my car and the problem was completely gone! They even dropped me off at work while my car was being repaired so I didnt have to walk. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

The staff is extremely friendly and they are right on time when you set up appointments! My wifes vehicle needed some repairs and the parts needed to be ordered, so it was going to take a couple days to complete. Auto Lab was able to give us a vehicle loaner to use locally, so that we were not restricted to only one vehicle, for a family of 4. I highly recommend Auto Lab to family and friends frequently.

Comment: I am beyond impressed with the service and employees of Auto Lab. I found them on Google while I was abroad, knowing I was coming home to a potentially dangerous and expensive car problem. Unbeknownst to me, my Uncle had used them in the past and told me to go to them after I had unknowingly made an appointment They highly recommended allowing me to have them pick my car up for my own safety...Free of charge....When they discovered the problems with my car they could have completely sold me on the more expensive repair, as I know NOTHING about cars. But, they were able to save my calipers and it reduced the price by more than half. They were timely, kind and nformative and I will go back again and again, if needed. Very professional and just really nice guys! I no longer feel scared about car problems because I really believe I have found a mechanic in the family. Sounds cheesy, but it is SO TRUE...P.S. when I read reviews like this one, I assume a family member or friend wrote it....I am not either....Just a really satisfied customer. THANK YOU AUTO LAB!
