Comment: I can not say enough good things about Sam, Jon, and Laurie. I took my car in for an oil change and to look at a noise in the rear passenger side. Turns out there is so much rust damage that its not safe to drive. This was the 4th place in as many months to have it up on a lift, but they are the first to tell me of the extensive damage. Had it been brought to my attention sooner we couldve had it welded, now there is nothing that can be done.Thank you!!!

I had a 6,700.00 estimate from another shop, Auto Lab did everything plus more work that was found for 4,700.00 and offers a veterans discount. Sam the manager is a genuinely great person. I cannot recommend any other shop over the service you will receive at Auto Lab.

Just to look at it was $200 and if I walked away from getting it fixed I would be out that but to fix just my air it was $800 that day my tail lights were both working😞 all for nothing and got my air fixed with new compressor I guess said to think its a 2010 and almost 200000 miles is all I could afford and now my car is putting me more into the ground.

Troy and his team were able to fit me in to their already busy schedule and got my repair done in much less time. The parts took a bit longer than anticipated to arrive but once they did, the work was completed by the next day! Rick even took time out of his weekend to meet my husband and I when we drove back up from Indiana to pick the car up!

I stayed there for about an hour while they changed my cars oil. There are a few seats in front of the front desk in the waiting area. Comment: Got a flyer in the mail for autolab with a bunch of coupons on it. Decided to check them out as my emission system had a leak in it. I went in on August 28th, 2018. David was extremely easy to talk to and got my car in and out in under 24 hours. Very fair price, but what set them over the edge was the little things. I had left my ID card in the car, and when I went to grab it they immediately brought my car down off the lift so I could look for it. When I got my car back, my tires were filled up. I havent had many car shops that have as good customer service as autolab. Many thanks to David and his team!

Dave and the rest of the crew at Lansing Auto-Lab saved my vacation last year when my aging Chevy developed a severe coolant leak the day before I was supposed to leave. I take care of minor repairs myself and hadnt needed service in a few years, but Dave still fit me into their busy schedule and called me with a diagnosis (bad water pump hidden under the timing chain cover) and a very reasonable quote the next morning while I was still at the airport. They took care of everything while I was visiting with family 1,200 miles away, and I didnt have to spend a single day of my vacation worrying about what might be wrong or how I was going to get to work on Monday. Ive been back several times since then (car had hit that age when it was suddenly needy), and have always received prompt, same-day service with an honest, thoughtful, thorough diagnosis. This month it was finally time to put that rusting old Chevy out to pasture, so I called Lansing Auto Lab about getting a wheel alignment and oil change on my new vehicle. Two hours later I was pulling out of their parking lot with both jobs completed!

Comment: Bill and the crew at auto lab are awesome. Very helpful and straight forward. Have had both my car and my wifes car serviced there. As long as I live in Lansing and bill is running the shop Ill take my car there.

Comment: I was leaving work for lunch when I noticed I had a flat tire. The spare tire was under the car and the cable was rusted so the tire would not come down. I called Auto Lab and got in right away. They were able to get my spare down and put on my car and I was back to work without being late. Mark and the rest of the guys were wonderful!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Comment: I love these guys!! I have been to Auto Lab twice and every time I go, I am greeted with exceptional hospitality. My first visit in Auto Lab: I went in for an oil change and wanted them to check out my engine (it was running a little rough). They looked up my vehicle information and told me that my car is still under warranty, which I did not know!! They referred me to a dealership to check out my engine, in case the problem was covered under warranty- which it was! I feel like other auto shops could have easily taken advantage of that situation, and for that- I am extremely thankful. They are honest, personable and do great work. I look forward to continue my service at Auto Lab of Lansing.

Comment: Based on a recommendation from a friend I first visited AutoLab Lansing about 4 years ago. AutoLab has never failed me in terms of the customer service that I received, and certainly not in terms of the repairs that have been done on our cars. I am not a mechanic, and know little about cars. There have been several occasions that I thought something was wrong with the car, brought it in, and after the mechanics at AutoLab had the car checked out I was told that no repairs would be needed!Mark is the manager at AutoLab, and he has always been very courteous and correct. If repairs were needed, I always received a call him explaining in detail the problems. If repairs could wait but would need attention in the future I was told that.These guys know what they are doing, and they are doing it well.Needless to say that I would highly recommend AutoLab Lansing!

Comment: Lifesavers! When my grandmothers vehicle went down I was in need of a high quality honest auto repair shop that would treat her with respect and take care of her every step of the way. Auto-Lab was just that place. Even though I was 500 miles away they made sure to keep me in the loop with everything and I thank them for that. If you are in Lansing and you need a quality auto repair place, then Auto-Lab is the place to call.

Comment: I broke down in the Lansing area on a business trip, a Sunday at that, I had my truck towed to Auto-Lab. When I contacted them on Monday morning, I talked to Mark who was great. Mark told me that if I needed a vehicle that he could give me a loaner until they got my truck fixed. WOW! I did use the loaner for the day, that was all I needed, Mark got me back on the road the same day. I will definitely let AAA know that you guys were awsome.Thanks Again!!!
