Comment: Had my vehicle towed to auto lab after it didnt start one morning. They were extremely efficient and worked hard on my car, keeping me posted with any updates to my vehicle. They replaced my fuel pump and engine module after testing the gas that I just filled up with the night before and realizing that my whole tank of gas was bad. They left a very detailed description of service on the receipt including the bad gas that was in the tank, which later helped me get reimbursed by the gas company. 100 percent recommend this business for all of your car needs. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

Comment: This guys literally saved me. I broke my drain blug in the oil pan on my camaro, and they were able to fix it without changing the oil pan, at minor cost. That proves they really try to fix your issue instead of selling new parts. I am glad their team worked on my car.

Comment: So I had a nail in my Pirelli Run Flat tire, and after taking it to a nearby Belle Tire, Belle Tire wanted to charge me an exorbitant rate for a replacement tire, stating that the nail was too close to the sidewall. I said nope and left to search other options.I called Auto Lab Canton Center and Calvin was honest, stating that since the tire was a Pirelli Run Flat, the odds were about 50/50 as to whether he could successfully plug it due to the insulated nature of the tire. I figured it was worth the gamble, so I drove it over to have them check it out.While I waited, I spoke with Bob about tires and how other companies do business, and after chatting with him and Calvin, I got the sense that they are good people who do their best for their customers and dont feel the need to sell something that isnt necessary.The story ends well, as they were successful in repairing my tire, and quickly too!After this experience, I will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way :-)

Comment: What a nice place to do business. I was in a jam because my license plate had been screwed on last year so tight that I could not get the plate off of the car to replace it with a new one. Nice young man met me in the office and said he could help. Boy did he help! It took him several minutes and an amazing display of strength for even him to get the screws out, but he did it. I was so relieved. I offered to pay for his services, but he refused. I was in disbelief over how nice he was to me and the work he put into solving my problem. What an amazing experience. Comment: I began using AutoLab in Canton (N. Canton Center Rd) about a year ago when the cost of dealer repairs became unsustainable. While not ‘cheap’, they are very fairly priced and since then I have been very pleased with the results of two larger jobs: 1) a full brake replacement (including new rotors) and 2) a major front steering/ suspension repair. They would not even sell me the cheapest (inferior, off-shore) parts and instead sourced higher-end US-made components.Last night I realized I had a burned-out headlamp, so I bought a replacement from the local auto parts store, but I couldn’t get a good grip on the old one to remove it. I popped into AutoLab just before they closed and asked Calvin (Mgr) if he could help me out. Moments later Steve (awesome Mechanic) came out and eight minutes later I was on my way with a working headlight and a smile. Thanks, guys! I’ll be back in the future.

I am writing this review because the service we received was friendly, quick, and professional. We dropped my car off before they opened one morning, and a few hours later received a quote. The quoted work was only what we needed and was for a fair price so we went ahead with the work. They were able to get my car repaired and on the road by 6 pm. I have never had such fast, friendly, and fair service from an auto repair place before. I will definitely be coming back should the occasion present itself. Noah Downs heard them advertise on a Christian radio station so we chose to go to them. I had to have it towed because we couldnt get it out of gear to even drive it there so we were convinced that it was the transmission. When I called auto lab I explained to them that it broke down in December and that this entire time we thought it was the transmission. When the guy just called me he could have totally gotten away with telling me that it needed a new transmission, instead he chose to tell me that it only needed $450 worth of work to get it going again. And he added in a discount because I mentioned hearing their advertisement.Very honest auto repair place.

This is why: you can call or stop by and they will help with questions, quick check of your car, and some good advice for no charge!!!!! They are busy, but I have always seen them try to help anybody coming in with a problem, even if the help is they reccommend you go to the dealer. On Monday Jan 4, 2018 I stopped by to ask Nick his opinion about a car I was buuying and my conern about my this service engine soon icon on my dash board. Nick gave his honsest opinion about the light. When I took that information to the dealer I found out they lied aout the icon, they fixed my car at a cost of $800.00 on them. Thanks Nick!!!!!!!!

Comment: This is by far the best car repair experience that I have ever had in my life. The partner and manager of this fine establishment Nick was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process! They will not try to sell you unnecessary services that you do not need, but are straight forward about problems that need to be fixed. They were very speedy with my repair and got me in and out in just a couple of hours. I plan on exclusively going to the repair shop moving forward and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality, efficient service!

Comment: I took my foreign vehicle to Auto-Lab in Canton to have my oil changed. My vehicle was purchased used, and previously serviced at this location by its previous owner. My vehicle has previously had some service work completed that needed a very knowledgeable foreign auto mechanic, and Auto-Lab in Canton was able to complete the job with no further issues based on my inspection of the car upon purchase. The manager and customer service rep were very personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my vehicle. I will continue to use Auto-Lab in Canton for all of my foreign car needs.

Comment: I took my van to the Auto lab in canton a few days ago. Was very impressed with the professionalism and work done. They were very polite, prompt and didnt try to up-sell a bunch of unnecessary services! The customer service area was very clean (usually a good indicator of the quality of work being done at any business) and the staff was very helpful in getting me checked in for my services and going over what was needed and what can be done at a later time. Comment: We moved here from NC, so had no experience with auto repair centers in Canton. Nick, Torrey and the guys at Auto Lab on Canton Center Rd. are so good at what they do! I trust these guys -- they go the extra mile and charge a fair price for their efforts. Nick understands the importance of earning a customers trust, so he is very thorough in explaining why the repairs are needed, what will be done, and how much it will cost. If there are other options, you hear about that as well. Theres no push for repairs that arent needed. My 2008 Camry is having issues that could leave me stranded at the side of the road, but I know Nick and the guys will do everything they can to ensure that doesnt happen. I highly recommend these auto repair professionals!

Nick at Autolab quoted me a great price for my Chrysler Town and Country air conditioning repair compared to the Chrysler dealership. This is really a stand-up place, because, they stood by the quoted price, even though they realized that they needed an additional part after starting the work, they did not charge me for it. i will return here in the future if a repair is needed.

I worked with Nick, a partner owner, and he was extremely customer focused and thankful for the business. Comment: My work requirement Im sure was not an average request. I am the second owner of a 1970 Chevelle SS 396 cid with 83,000 original miles. I wanted to do a significant engine upgrade while not altering the original structure so it could be put back to stock in the future if desired. I prepared a comprehensive quote package and distributed it to multiple shops including performance garages. Warren at the Canton Center Auto Lab convinced me that his shop and his team would do the best job bar none.I entrusted them with my baby and had the Chevrolet Performance ZZ502deluxe cid engine shipped to their shop along with a host of other parts to complete the installation.As some of you may be aware, this type of job requires a lot of finesse and on the spot fabrication to make sure everything fits and works perfectly. I truly felt the technician (Wayne) who performed the majority of the work did the job like he was working on his own car.Im a picky s.o.b. and have to have my stuff done perfectly. The job these people did on my prized possession is nothing short of stellar and damn is this thing a beast now.Warrens Auto Labs handle all of my familys vehicles auto service needs. After seeing what his team (from the front office guys to the shop techs) have done on this high performance alteration job, I would encourage everyone out there to entrust Auto Lab Canton Center with any of your vehicle service needs regardless of how big, small or complicated your requirements may be.

Comment: Amazing staff and service!!! My husband and I started going to canton auto lab after firestone failed to fixed the problem on my husbands jeep. The guys at Auto lab were amazing! Recently my husband was on vacation in south Carolina and had to stop at a Jiffy Lube when the check engine light came on in our van. They claimed it was the spark plugs and replaced it. A few month later the check engine light came on again, and again it was the spark plugs. This time we took it into Auto Lab they manage to fix the problem (because the spark plugs were installed incorrectly) and fix all the damage that was caused. After I explained how we just got that problem fixed months prior the manager wrote a letter to the Jiffy Lube in South Carolina. He explained what work his guys did, and what was wrong with the work they did. With his help we were able to be refunded the money that we spent originally! They went above and beyond for us! Auto Lab is the only place we trust taking our cars to!!!

Comment: I have taken my 2006 Jetta TDI for many oil changes and a few mechanical issues over the last year. Each time I have been treated wonderfully by Nick and Tory, as well as the mechanics. I have never been made to feel less then for not having the most up to date mechanical knowledge. Everyone has always taken the time to explain/educate me on how my car works, why I might need a new timing belt at 100k or make a recommendation to keep my car in great running condition. This type of attention has created a relationship of respect and trust. Recently I had a transmission issue and Nick fought hard with the warrantee company to get them to cover it. After an initial denial, Nick took the time to called the warrantee company back and made my case and got them to cover the repair. I would recommend Auto Lab on Canton Center Rd to anyone!
