Comment: I called in the morning and was able to get my car in for an oil change the same day which I was very happy about because normally I would take my car to the Chevy dealer and when I checked it would be 3 months before I can get my car in for an oil change which is ridiculous. I was very pleased with their professionalism, how fast it was done and the price was fair as well. The only reason I didnt check good quality is because I really dont know that this really pertains to that. I will be using them again as they are very close and I would rather support the smaller businesses then the big corporate ones. Thank you again! Dana

But the biggest shout out goes to Certified Auto Technician Chris for not only doing an excellent job on my electronic repairs but Chris also donated about 3.5 hours of his time to help make sure the necessary repairs could be done. Also they were very Accommodating with providing me a ride home and picking me backup at home when my vehicle repairs were finished, the team member who drove me was very helpful and friendly. My wife and i took our new vehicle here to get it inspected because we had a feeling we would need new brakes and tires and they confirmed our suspicion by sending us pictures of the wear and even letting us see it on the lift. It was true pulled up in about 15min went in the guy at the counter assisted me I also used the coupon and have a few more to come back with. Comment: I had called earlier in the week about a pre-purchase car inspection, and was impressed with the phone conversation; it felt more like talking to a friend, than a salesman. After looking over the car at the dealership, I took it over to the shop, and they were able to inspect it right away. Larry took it for a test drive, and put it up on a lift and gave it a look-over. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, and again, felt like I was talking to a friend, rather than a salesperson. He explained his findings very clearly, and was able to help me negotiate a better price upon returning to the dealer. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk (I didnt get his name) and was very impressed with how friendly he was as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future if/when my car needs service.

Auto Pro of clinton township saved me some cash . QUALITY!!. They even put in a new brake light no charge. They treat the customers great. Only drawback is wish they were closer to my house. That doesnt even matter.

Comment: This Auto Pro place is a diamond of a find. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. There is no high pressure like, You need ths or You need that, etc, etc. You tell them what the car needs in repair, and they will fix it, and do it right. Prices are very fair, and reasonable, much better than a dealer. Try them once and you will not go anywhere else. I really appreciate their honesty and fairness. This is a good place to take your car. Highly recommend it!

Comment: I went to auto pro to get my car checked out and I was in and out before I knew it. They work quickly and efficiently . The staff did a great job, they knew what the problem was before I was done explaining it, to the point that they were able to successfully predict what the other problems were. They got straight to work after explaining the whole process and wasted no time. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was great and knowledgeable. He showed me a few things that I could do differently to avoid the same issue again and how to identify it sooner for a quicker fix. They did a good job with my car and I havent had any problems since then.

Comment: These guys did a great job on my 2005 mercedes. I have been to there troy location and they have done a great job. My mother in law lives in mt clemens and my vehicle broke down on me a couple of miles away from there clinton township location. I towed my vehicle to them and they diagnosed it as a fuel pump. They ordered the parts from the dealer and gave me a 3 year 36000 miles warranty. I m quite impressed by there professionalism and quality technicians.

Comment: Soooo i found autopro in the phone book after my engine blew uppp. they were so nice! came picked up my car, fixed it for a really cheap price and it did a very good job, it was over before i knew it! no problems ever since :)p.s the guy who works there is pretty hott. ;)
