Comment: Best car repair shop in the area. Their diagnosis is extremely thorough, and they will they let you know everything that is wrong with your car and the severity of each issue. The inspection report is sent through a link on your phone so you can access this report from anywhere! I have never been to a shop that did this and it was a very pleasant experience.Dustin and his team will show you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. They are honest, their prices are fair and their turn around time is great. My car is running like new again thanks to his team.

Text system amd estimate explanation was on point. Price wasnt as good as my friend mechanic back home but VERY fair for a mechanic and a business, I wasnt expecting friend prices. However, honesty was nervous. A++ Good, fair, honesty prices, got my car in when they were busy and I was in a pinch. The roadside reimbursement was an amazing bonus. Comment: These guys are the bomb! They really know the ins and outs of cars and are very honest and up front about educating you on options and actually trying to save you money. I strongly recommend Auto Dr. for maintenance or repair of your car or truck. I have now used them twice. First time was for work on a Pontiac Vibe. Second time on a Ford Focus. For the focus they directed me back to the dealership because the issue should be covered under warranty. No charge on their part. This is the kind of honesty you want in a repair shop!Following up as AutoDr just took care of rebuilding the transmission on my Chevy Suburban. They saved me over $2000 on the job and had it completed within a couple of weeks (yes, that is fast these days). Cant say enough about Dustin and Joe. They are a great team and great at communicating and doing whatever is necessary to take care of their customers. I continue to highly recommend.

I pulled in and they promptly pulled the tire and tossed on my spare tire at no charge. They priced me out a tire and I was on my way in no time. I was impressed with the level of technology this dealer has deployed to make the customer experience the best it can be. I asked if I could drive it to Auto Dr. Since its 27 miles from my home, he advised me to have it towed. Once there, the problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed.I will only take my car to Auto Dr, even though theyre not very close to me. The peace of mind that my car is well taken care of and fixed, is well worth the extra time to get it there. I would give them 10 stars if that option was available!

Comment: I Highly recommend Auto DR What can I say extremely knowledgeable, affordable, fast, and friendly service. After taking my Cadillac to the dealer to have the TCM replaced spending nearly 4K. The dealership did a lousy job putting everything back together and the car began to run like garbage days after, like it was never fixed. After a little searching I found Auto DR and Im glad I did they were able to fix the mistakes of the dealership and for under $300. They are professional, courteous, highly-skilled, thorough, absolutely affordable, and put the customers needs and concerns above all else. They go out of their way to diagnose issues all the while communicating with the customer regarding status and either pre-approved or advisable actions.They are also very considerate if a customer struggles with understanding whats necessary or if funding is problematic - case in point, our daughters now rely on Auto DR since each getting their own vehicles. I have watched them interact with the kids, making sure they understood any issues, advising them between what was imperative vs. what could be safely postponed. They even offered insight as to which tasks could be combined in order to save money on labor. They look out for their customer as if they were family.I could continue with more examples, but these reasons are highlight enough for me to stick with Auto DR and encourage everyone to try them out - you wont be sorry!

Having previously been entangled in a legal battle with another mechanic who left me with a very expensive pile of metal that may or may not run on any given day, I was wary about placing trust in this profession again. Joe, Dustin and Trent swooped in like oil tarnished knights in shining armor to prove that not all auto mechanics are created equal. Theyve been my go-to for auto repair for several projects now, many of which involved cleaning up messes they took no part in creating. My wife is an independent care giver and we were without a car for her. Auto DR understood the urgency and work me in late Friday morning and the car was ready by late Monday afternoon. (the repair was to replace the fuel pump)I cant say enough about how sensitive they are to a customers needs. The car is done, running fine and they cared enough to take the time to clean off the mechanics fingerprints from the seat, console and door.Honesty, small businesses such as Auto DR. with their service, repairs and customer relationships are hard to find these days if not nonexistent.They are not cheap, but much much less than dealerships and with a higher level quality you can trust.

Comment: If you have a Car,Suv,Truck is in need of repair then the Auto Doctor is the place to go.I had a 2007 i found for sale a mechanic special. There was a lot of unknowns about the 2007 F150 mechanic special I bought so I was hesitant to take it to just anybody because the AutoDr is relatively close to me I have heard good things about the Auto Dr. I had made a few phone calls prior before calling Auto Dr and the mechanics I talk to or lets just say very hesitant about working on this vehicle because of the unknowns and what it needed. Dustin the owner of autodoctor when talking To him for the first time I could tell this man knew his stuff. I told what I had 2007 F150 mechanic special which needed a lot of repairs. When I talk to Dustin the owner of AutoDr he didnt not even hesitate to take on the job. He told me to get it down to him he would inspect it top to bottom and give me an inspection report. The truck was taken in and a few hours later he had called me with an itemized list and a quote to have all the work done, but my truck did need a major repairs the truck had jumped a tooth on the timing chain amongst other things the list was down to the last Bolt that needs to be fixed. I asked Dustin how long the repairs would take and with the list that needed to be repaired I thought it was going to take two weeks it took him three days to repair timing chain coil over struts spark plugs serpentine belt there was a lot of work that needs to be done. Honestly I thought it was going to be longer not only did he keep the time frame of repairs but the same amount that he told me at the very beginning of the initial phone conversation not only did he do the major repairs but even does little things like changing out the light that were burned out.I picked up my 2007 Ford F-150 my God does he do good work .The shop was clean,in order. He took in back to show me all the parts that were defective a table top full went into detail what the parts ,some parts I had no idea what thay were but he took the time explain what thay did how thay went bad.with my repairs I got a 2 yrs 24000 mile warranty which I did not know and to top it off it also comes with road side assistance,Now I am here to tell you I have found my LIFETIME MECHANIC. Dustin KNOWS HIS STUFF,YOU WANT A QUALITY REPAIR TO YOU VEHICLE,GO TO THE AUTODOCTOR,FRIENDLY,EXPERIENCED,KNOWLEDGE,FAST ,VERY FAIR PRICES AND ON TIME.

Comment: Awesome! Never going anywhere else for an oil change again! They checked everything even my engine light to make sure nothing new popped up! So nice and they seem to really care! And they didnt tack on any extras! Also they put a wrap on your seat even cover the head rest! They even noticed my left tail light was out. Saved me from getting pulled over later on.. plus the have a great set up with new chairs in the waiting room with tv. The owner also showed me how to replace my air intake filter which he blew out and got rid of the bugs on it. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicles needs.
