Comment: At the time of my review, recent reviews below me mention something about a dashcam video and damage to a customer vehicle. Autocare Excellence reached out to the parties involved and offered to make it right, which the prior reviews fail to mention. We are human we all make mistakes. I have been a faithful customer for around 4 years now and Autocare Excellence is the only place I will take any of my vehicles to be serviced. I have never had a problem with any of their mechanics or their service.If there is an issue or something’s still not right they say bring it back and will work with you to get it right. More than that they are honest and a local family ran company. You have the dad, his children, their longtime family friends and then their customers. It’s a different feeling when they greet their customers and talk with them. They treat customers like friends and sometimes they are good friends. They won’t sugar coat things, they will tell you how it is and they will even tell you if you can do the repair yourself and what it entails. That is something I really value and respect.I have a classic hot rod and 2 dailyDrivers and these guy’s know how to work on classic vehicles. Shoot the owner has a bunch of awesome classic cars and all you have to do is look at the cars they’re working on to see they are known for it, corvette, Camaro, mustang, drift car, or mud truck? Yeah you will be welcome here. Nic is a great guy and his family are some of the nicest people. Can’t say enough good things about their businesses and services they provide. Bottom line: You would be a fool to go anywhere else. Thank you Nic and family for all the help and care you have given me and my family!

Comment: I love this place. Finding a good mechanic nowadays is tough and these guys are it. Twice now I have called for absolutely last minute fixes and both times they have gotten me in the same day or next day. Now with last minute fixes come last minute prices.... Usually. But not here, both times I expected a heavy bill and rightfully so I asked for a last minute repair. But both times I got extremely reasonable bills! If you need work done this is the place to go!

I was helped instantly, used tire found and balanced very fast and all for $40 , but gave me the option to trade in a used radiator and then only charged me $30. What a treat place and group of people. Will always go back to them! Will recommend their shop to everyone. Great place! Thanks guys!

We took our caravan to bel air auto and they wanted 250 dollars to only diagnose the problem then wanted to charge to make the actual repairs. Auto care excellence diagnosed and repaired our vehicle for under 200 dollars and they were fast as well. So if you want great customer service reasonable prices and great work then take your vehicle to these guys they will treat you well and get the job done without breaking the bank. They have gained a loyal customer.

Ive always been treated kindly, told the truth about what needs to be done and what really doesnt need to be done ( like some shops tell you to do things unnecessarily). I like the mechanics that work there because they work. Its a place you can easily refer your family and friends to, and I have, because they wont let you down. If there is a shortfall, its that there is no tv in the waiting room...but before covid19, you could walk down the road to a sports bar or restaurant. These guys will take care of you, honestly. Im not lying and neither do they.
