Comment: I have to say the owner Dwayne is awesome! Something was missed on my repair and I called the shop. Dwayne asked me to come in and i would not have to wait. Because it was an easy fix from the previous service and the shops mistake , I got to the shop and the gentleman at the counter said I have to wait and it was a horrible interaction with him. Luckily The second worker called Dwayne who was not there, which was smart. Dwayne straightened them out in the shop and told them, the customer did exactly what i asked him to do take care of him! So I give him props for correcting his staff! Thanks Dwayne! His detail to customer service makes me want to go back and have referred other people here!

Comment: Good pricing extremely good service. I had a bad experience outside of auto aves control ( catalytic converter cut off by thieves) and they did everything reasonable and in their power to fix it. Ended up having to purchase the part but all work was done with no labor and that seems fair as they really didnt have to do anything. Same day (Saturday) repair 1030 in 3pm out.

And he gave me a first timer discount. The service was friendly, thorough and professional.I found them to service my Subaru because I wasn’t happy the last time at the local dealership. Comment: I came in for a replacement of my rear upper control arm after having stripped the bolt. Not only did they manage to get that fixed for me and the bolt replaced, but they also found that my tie rod was giving and called to confirm replacement. They managed to get it all done in the same day! AWESOME service, communication and very understanding. 10/10 would recommend!

Comment: Hey all! I could have no asked for such SUPER FAST REPAIR!! It was a DRY CLEANING experience with my GMC. In by 9am OUT by 5pm!!My girlfriend found this repair shop on Google, because we needed to find an auto shop that could do the work on my GMC Terrain. She had already plugged in a sensor reader so we knew what we was kinda looking at, from that point. Called up the shop, stated what code it was, then what was going on with the car and how it felt, as far as the driving, made an appointment to drop it off that afternoon, LITERALLY YALL, these guys were done with my car within 3-4 hours! I even added a job that I wanted them to check out to make sure, but I told them I needed all my lights off on my dash DUE to all my issues that was going on with (ABS SENSOR for the TRACTION CONTROL.)VERY NICE GUYS!! Wonderful personality! Will be back to get some repair if needed with these folks! Thank you for everything! WOULD totally RECOMMEND this repair shop if yall are in Ypsilante!!

They even offered me a ride home if I needed it!Let’s not forget the service guys too! Unlike a previous mechanic, and then the dealership, they take pride in their work. They fixed everything on my old car, and didn’t charge me extra when it was hard to pin down. I was happily surprised with how quick and professional Duane handled the situation. Informed me that the check engine is nothing more than an evap leak that can be caused from my gas cap being loose, or something else being the age of my vehicle. I normally do all the work on my Jeep myself, but when I have an issue I don’t have equipment for they are always able to help me and get the job done in an honest upfront time frame. Lots of laughs and great conversation available free of charge LOL. It’s hard to find an honest and fairly priced mechanic/shop anymore especially for a wrangler and a female in my experience. But Auto Ave was able to help me super fast, drove me back to the place I was staying since I didnt have anyone to pick me up, and got my car fixed (which needed three new tires and an engine nozzle thing or something) within the day! I was floored. On top of that, Auto Ave gave me a discount of $50-60 dollars off, which was super kind. I am so relieved to have been able to get my car fixed so well and so fast. Highly recommend!

On top of doing my brakes, they identified some broken sway bar links that I was not aware of and fixed them for just a small upcharge on top of my brake job. Subsequently they also found a tie rod end that needed replacement and took care of it for no additional cost on top of the brakes and sway bar links I was quoted. Thanks, Dwayne! It literally feels like a brand new car even though its a 20 year old car. They got me a brand new flywheel and clutch kit and a new motor mount and my cost was only $4 more than what they originally quoted me. I am so grateful to have such an amazing shop located near me. Brought the car in for sway bars and an exhaust issue. The sway bars were WAY more reasonable than what the dealership wanted, and done so quickly, too! Sadly, I will need to go to the dealership for the exhaust repair, but again, they were very upfront and honest about that. They even recommended a dealership to have the work done at. Comment: I took my Mercury Milan on Thursday 8/13/20. The car was overheating. It was afternoon, and they told me they wouldnt be able to check it until Friday. I expected as much, so that was fine.The next day Mohammed called and told me that I would need a hose and a water pump. It would be about $650 for everything. Thats what I was afraid of. Mohammed told me he could do it for $600. What are you going to do, right? I told him to go ahead and take care of it. He said he would order the water pump from the dealer as soon as he hung up.Later that day, Mohammed called and told me the dealer wouldnt be delivering until Tuesday. Thats not his fault. Ive been around. Sometimes, it just works that way. He told me he would have it done before Tuesday closing. The final price would be $574.On Monday 8/17, Mohammed called me in the morning and said that the pump had come earlier than expected, but the car was done. He said they discovered another leak. Traced it back to a hose. The cost to me would be a little over fifty bucks.Holy cow!This means that he ordered the pump, paid for it, and then he has to return it. Not to mention get the money back. He could have put the pump in, charged me, and I never would have known the difference. From the final price quote, I paid about $525 less.In these days, you dont know who to trust. I flat out asked him Did you just tell me that to get this out of your hair? Stupid question, really. He took in fifty bucks instead of 600. Besides, it would simply overheat again very soon. Then Mohammed said If it starts overheating anytime soon, bring it in, and hell take care of it. For free.Finally, there was this: I decided I would take a drive. See if there were any issues. My tire pressure light came on. I called Auto Ave. Mohammed told me to bring it down, he would check the pressures and top them off. Wow, thanks.Mohammed and Auto Ave showed great communication, great attitude, and great professionalism. I will go back to them. I recommend them highly. Thank you, gentlemen.Five stars.

The mechanics took the car and repaired it even though the shop was closed and the shop pay for all the parts and labor . So I give this place 10 Stars if I could..... Comment: My wheel bearing blew out after arriving in Ypsilanti. Called on Saturday morning they got me in that day and had it on the lift in a few minutes. They were friendly, welcoming and professional. The job took longer than they expected and called me and updated me on what they were doing and what was needed to be done. One of the techs came in on Sunday to finish everything and it was all ready Monday morning. Price was good and service was great. would recommend anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable garage.

Comment: Had my brakes done there and was very impressed with the time it took them to do them. In less than one hour I had my rotors and pads replaced. Performance of the new brakes were excellent and they were very quiet too. The waiting area was clean and large as well. Will definitely recommend for good job well done. Remember to use their coupons posted on their site or Google too.

Comment: My car stopped on the highway coming into ann arbor. Once I called the tow company, they suggested that I take my vehicle to AUTO AVE complete auto repair. Auto ave were so helpful, honest and just refreshing to work with! They kept me informed on the status of my car the entire time. A few days later, my check engine light was still on so I came back They made sure my car was okay and I cannot be more pleased with their professionalism and honesty! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! They did great work!!

Comment: I had an issue with my car and called around to a few places. I couldnt get anyone on the phone and when I did they couldnt take me in for a few days. Auto Ave answered right away and told me to come in. They were super fast and friendly and diagnosed the problem right away. They explained the issue to me and give me a few options.
