Was extremely detailed and honest in his assessment of what was needed, how much parts and labor would be.. Gave me a time frame and followed up because he was running a bit behind. I appreciated the heads up. When the owner and his partner arrived they were great. Explained everything they were doing, and let me watch as being a woman I like to understand how my car works. All the issue was , was spark plugs needing to be replaced. I’m always hesitant when it comes to brakes because it seems like I always get the “you need to replace your rotors too” from places in the past.
