He got me to his shop after hours and displayed amazing knowledge and competence in assessing the issues with my vehicle and fixing them as well. Comment: Short Review: Best Auto Repair Shop Ive ever been to; honest, friendly, the best prices Ive ever found, but most importantly, I trust them with making my vehicle safe for my family. This will be the only shop I take my vehicles to from now on and will refer all friends and family members here.For those who like specific Details:I took my vehicle here after a different shop worked on it and it still felt wrong, they said I could bring it up for a complete inspection. They sent a video after inspection and went over everything with me (I am not saying or guaranteeing they do that with for every vehicle but it was helpful in my situation) so I could see what was repaired, what needed to be repaired, what what leaking... They went above and beyond what I have experienced as typical auto repair and customer services.They give a detailed copy of the work that was done (which I do believe this should be standard but Im not sure) so you can clearly see what parts were replaced/repaired. Where as the previous shop I went to gave a receipt with 2 amounts labor & parts (not detailed just parts and a total) then a total you owe.Some people may not understand this but its like its almost the same feeling as having family work on your vehicle, they know what theyre talking about, they do whats best for the customer/vehicle, they dont talk you into anything extra and they treat you like a person.

Comment: We would give Jamie and his team more than five stars if possible! It is the best auto shop in the city. Very honest, resourceful, and does excellent work!! Jamie guarantees his work, provides a warranty, and ensures everything is excellent. Also, it provides very affordable services. Jamie and his team are very knowledgeable and made sure we left satisfied. Great experience! Jamie is now our go-to mechanic for our family. As long as he is in business, we will not use anyone else. Hands down, the best place to go. I would highly recommend it!

Comment: Jamie is an absolute professional. He is very responsive from start to finish and communicates at a high level. He is very personable, honest, resourceful and he does excellent work. He guarantees his work, provides a warranty, and follows up to ensure everything is good. He also provides very affordable services. I took two different vehicles to Jamie, one for complete rear suspension repair and another for rear bearings and brakes. On both occasions, Jamie showed me exactly what was wrong with the vehicles, what needed to be replaced and why it need to be replaced. Jamie is now our go to mechanic for our family and we won’t use anyone else for as long as he is in business.

Comment: I was referred to Jamie after the radiator tube in my car blew. I don’t know too much about cars but he was so helpful. He gave me information on the parts that I’d need for the repair and even patiently dealt with the long wait for my insurance to tow my car. He worked on my car later at night, fixed everything quickly and it was clear that he truly cared about me as a customer. He didn’t just fix the part and send me on my way, he waited with me while the car ran for a bit to make sure everything was all set. Jamie went above and beyond by cleaning the bit of corrosion that was on my battery, doing a digital inspection on the car and explaining other things I should keep an eye out for to maintain the car. It was clear that he was knowledgeable and he made every attempt to make sure that I left satisfied. Great experience!

I had an intermittent problem related to the cars electronics. Most area shops shunned my car because its lowered and cambered but he took care of me & rebuilt my front end suspension in just a few days and the work speaks for itself.
