They got everything done in a timely manner and for a fair price. When they completed the inspection not only did I get a detailed digital estimate that described exactly what tests they did to my vehicle but it also included pictures of of my vehicle. Great first impression. And also their lobby/waiting room area was very clean.

Comment: Usually great quality work and a professional staff but I think they do take on too many appointments when there is not enough open spaces so there is a delay in getting your car in the building for service I have 6 cars and I live down the street so it is very convenient they have done great work on all 6 but All Auto needs to be more precise on scheduling to quickly get your vehicle in and out because this place is very busy.

Comment: I took my 2008 BMW 328i here on Friday June 24th. With NO APPOINTMENT they managed to fit me in and get me serviced before 3pm! Unfortunately for me my parts were not available until Monday the 27th. Alex was awesome to me and gave me a ride home and saved me a long wait on an Uber. I was called at 8am Monday morning and told my car was ready and waiting. Amazing service, awesome turnaround time, and excellent quality of work! The work performed was a strut mount replacement. Cost was less than 400 dollars, which is very good for a BMW repair. Id highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone in need of repairs. Thanks guys!!

I think communication to how long or of a vehicle will need to be there over night could be better, but overall the good out weighs that inconvenience. They did a great job and it’s starting a trust relationship for me, to bring my vehicles back.

They completed everything in much shorter time then we expected. We picked the RV up today (5/2/22). Comment: All Auto Services was beyond amazing when I had to drop my car off literally putting down the street, they took my car in NO APPOINTMENT, and literally finished it the NEXT DAY!!! They also gave me a full texted list of everything that needed work for down the road, so I can casually knock it out. I decided a month later to knock the next thing off my list and unfortunately it was a very long process. They made sure to call me and update me on parts, the process etc. Even letting me take my car back since Im a single mom who needed my only transportation. 5 times I had to go in and out due to another part needed or another issue found. Though it was a pain, they always were sincere, informing and I had a car to drive during parts being ordered and increasing issues found. AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING!

Brought it in after hearing good things from other family members.First off, Alex is the nicest and most professional front man to talk to. Hes very personable and just a pleasure to deal with. When he called to give me all the details on the extent of the damage he sent a report to my phone that I could look at and he went through everything with me on the spot and they took pictures of everything to show me EXACTLY what he was talking about. The report had prices and said exactly what every dollar was going towards and what was needed. I could accept or decline individual tasks in the list of things I needed to get done, and I had as much time as I needed to think about it and all I had to do was pull it up and click the button and they instantly got it on their end and went to work (when they could).Unfortunately my truck was in pretty bad shape so it needed a LOT done. With current inflation it was a hefty hit to my wallet, but on the other side of that it was my best option compared to a new or used car in the current awful market. The work was solid and the mechanics did a great job, they know their stuff.
