Comment: There are not enough positive things and words for me to use to explain the way this business is run and the Customer service I received. They’re honesty they’re going above and beyond, trying to help me out and the fairness of their prices. They truly are a very rare find in the world of Auto Repair. I would highly recommend them to everyone in anyone who needs any kind of work on their vehicle I took my car to 6 different mechanics for this one issue and they were the only ones to be able to correctly, diagnose it and give me all the options possible. Not even the dealership mechanics had a clue. These guys are the absolute best. As I’ve said, I’ve been to many mechanics in my lifetime I’ve been on this earth over half of a century and they are by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t thank them enough.

Comment: I first posted in a Sterling Heights Residents Group on Facebook for recommendations on a business to take my 2010 Dodge Caravan SXT for an oil change since Im fairly new to the area. I got quite a few recommendations and quite a few were for All About Automobiles, which I decided on them because of the multiple recommendations and the location which is just a few minutes from where I live. I dropped my Van off and although they were extremely busy my Van was finished just a few hours later. As part of the oil change my Van was given a front to back safety inspection. There were several minor and a couple of mechanics that should be taken care of sooner rather than later. Staff was extremely thorough in their inspection and everything was discussed and explained to me by Tom. Being a senior female with absolutely no mechanical background I am very pleased to have found All About Automobiles. Thaxs Tim and crew, I appreciate you all

Comment: My first All Around Auto experience was great. I discovered some significant amount of fluid leaking from my vehicle right before the Labor Day weekend and wanted to get it inspected ASAP. Initially, I made an appointment with my local dealer for inspection immediately after the holiday. Before I towed my car to the dealership, I was informed that the dealership would need 3- 7 days just to investigate the issue. I needed something to happen faster than that as I had been without my car for 5 days at that point. A search for the best rated auto shop in my area lead me to All Around. After speaking with Tom to discuss my concern, he was able to get it inspected the next day.So I had my car towed to All Around and my car was inspected and fixed within 3 days. The final cost was even $80 less than the original quote! I have driven the car for a few days and all is great with the car this far. You all can believe the rave reviews. Kudos to All Around. You will be my first stop for any future auto repair needs.

Comment: Honest! Knowledgeable! Fair Prices! Went in for an oil change and after a thorough inspection a leak was found. Needed work done. I was told it might be covered by warranty. It was, but when I called the dealership and told them that both struts needed to be fixed due to alignment the dealer said only the bad one would be covered. So I asked how much for the “good” one to be replaced? It actually cost $100 more to have Dave do both then have the dealer do one. I trust no one else and I have a mechanic in the family. I have recommended Dave to several other happy customers.

Comment: This review is for both locations and I’ll be sure to give a great review on their new location in Farmington Hills once it’s up and running on Google.I spoke to Larry about my situation and that I had to leave from Sterling Heights to Farmington Hills and thankfully they just opened up a new spot in that area where I was able to get in contact with Scott, the owner of the Farmington Hills location. Him and the crew were able to get the job done the following day with Dave giving me updates during the process. He was able to get me quotes for future maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back. These guys are honest and reputable people that are rare to find nowadays and definitely earned my business wether it’s from Sterling Heights or Farmington Hills.

Comment: Cant say enough good things about Dave and his garage. This business is honest, timely and does a fantastic job on your vehicle. Dave can provide you 3 reports. 1 on what needs to be done immediately, 2 on what can wait a few months and 3 what to keep an eye on over a longer period of time. His mechanics and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They also have night drop off which is super convenient. I keep saying honest because I always feel ripped off at the dealership lol!

Comment: They were very friendly and up front and honest with what my car really needed. Kip was awesome to work with he made a bad situation easier to deal with. My car was at another shop to have the clutch replaced and that shop told me it would be 2 weeks to fix it. Kip and the techs had it done in 3 days at a great price. I am taking all my cars to him.I am adding more kind words to my review. The guys at All Around Auto Service Inc. are role models for what every shop should be. Kip and the techs are so honest that I felt at ease sending my wife in for an oil change and safety check before our road trip Memorial Day weekend. The did not try to up sell her on anything, and Kip was willing to talk with me on the phone afterwards to give a full report on her car. He also gave me a timeline of when the few issues the car has should be fixed by. Thank you All Around for being a real customer based business. I feel great that my money is going to small business and not a corporate store that is only worried about the bottom line.

Comment: Women this is the place to go! You know car shops see us coming a mile away and tell us that theres more repairs than what there really are so they can get that $$. All Around Auto shocked me when they said wait on the repair. I excpected a long list of repairs instead they said come back in 6 months for check up or if things get worse. This will definitely be my go to for auto repairs! Honesty is everything!

The reviews for All Around Auto Services are excellent. We had the same experience as many other people! Speedy, great service, excellent communication and great price. They fixed the problem at a reasonable price without trying to fix related things unnecessarily. We would yse them again.

Comment: I had the misfortune of having my catalytic converter stolen from my car. I didnt realize this was the case until I brought it into All Around. I really appreciate how upfront the staff was and super knowledgeable about everything. It was a rough ordeal to go through, but they made me feel much better. I ended up getting a good deal and Dave had the pictures to show the officers when I made my report tonight. Im glad to find an honest mechanic when I need them. It made this experience much less awful. At least I found a clutch mechanic when I need work done. Thanks, guys. 👍👍

Comment: Had both exhaust manifolds replaced on an older F250. Price was very reasonable, quality of work excellent. Took several days but only because old manifolds and bolts were rusted, so quite a bit of tedious work was needed. Additionally, the mechanic working on it stayed late on a Friday night just to get it done. I know I may have pressured too much on the timing but sincerely appreciate the effort. Would recommend & thanks again!

Comment: I cant recommend these guys enough! Dave and All Around Auto was able to figure out what was wrong with my car quickly and came up with solutions and options for me. Dave is very knowledgeable and able to explain the issues simply and efficiently. These guys are very trustworthy and have great integrity. In my situation, the job was a bit more complicated than expected but Dave took it upon himself to rectify the issue without inconveniencing me. What I really enjoyed was he gave me options on how to fix the car. I never felt pressured into services and felt like I was paying for unnecessary services.I recommend these guys to everyone I know. So a big thanks to Dave and the All Around Auto crew.

Comment: Super clean place (seriously even their bathroom is really clean which is super rare for a car repair place). All the staff seem really friendly, and most importantly theyre honest. I moved from Sterling Heights to Waterford and I still drive all the way here for repairs. Theyre a NAPA Auto Care Center and theyve recommended one of their affiliates to me thats closer to home, but I still prefer to come here.
