Comment: I may have found an honestmechanic and businessman.After calling all over town for a quote to have a broken coil spring replaced, Alaw gladly provided me with a reasonable pice. Not only that, they were willing to put that quote in writing and live up to that promise with no excuses. I was able to schedule dropping off my car the following day, and at the same time they ordered parts. The repair was complete on time, and I w a able to pick up my car that afternoon.They used OEM parts from the dealer, but charged less than half what the dealership quoted me. They even undercut other independent shops by a substantial amount.Prsonable, professional service, completed correctly, on time and affordable -- what more can one ask for!I am beyond satisfied: I give Alaw my highest recommendation for any type of mechanical work you might need. Nothing fancy, just good honest work at a fair price.

Comment: This is the place to go if you want great fast auto repair! I called at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and asked if I could get my front brake pads replaced and if it was okay if I brought my own parts. The owner said that was fine and that I could come right then. I asked how long it would take. He said he would have me out in less than 1 hour. When I pulled up, he walked right up to me and grabbed my pads , pulled my car in and put it on the lift. They were done in 45 minutes, and test drove my vehicle. I paid and was on my way. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Alaw to everyone!

We dropped our car off on a Sunday evening and by early Monday morning had received a call that out vehicle was being looked at and they explained the cost of the diagnostic process. A few hours later we had a diagnosis and a more than fair quote for repairs. Our repair was done on the same day, which is almost unheard of anymore. When we picked our car up the owner was there for us, explained everything to us in detail, and gave us extra advice for future care. My husband and I were amazed at the level of care we received. He fixed a coolant leak in my water pump which is a very difficult job for the 2013 Ford Escape and some mechanics dont even do this type of work. He also fixed a transmission leak and replaced my weight bearings which only had 25% function left. Comment: Initially, I took my Ford Escort in for a simple front end alignment and Abdhul was friendly, confident, assuring and quick with his service which was pleasant right off the bat.Afterward he calmly mentioned how it would be wise for me to get some front end suspension work done as he noticed some parts of the front end suspension were fairly decrepit and due for replacement.When I took my car back for that work he was able to get the parts installed same day within a few hours and even adjusted and fixed my windshield wiper that was misaligned.On top of all of that the prices were incredibly reasonable and both times I drove away feeling satisfied and well taken care of.Given how well he handles his customers, how speedily he gets cars in and fixed and how incredibly competitive his prices are, I know that Ill be going back to Alaw whenever I may need more work done. A+ experience!

Comment: After a great experience with Alaw Auto Repair when we took my wifes vehicle in, we decided to take my vehicle in for some long overdue exhaust/muffler work. Abdul was so helpful in pinpointing the areas most needing repair on our old and rusty 2001 exhaust system, and since we werent in a hurry, he kindly let us leave it at the shop so he could order the parts at a less expensive cost. While it was in the shop anyhow, we also asked for two new tires as the front pair was pretty worn. He completed the repairs on the exhaust system plus mounted the two tires and we were very satisfied with the cost and the service. After driving the car several times since the repairs, I have noticed that the noise is considerably less with the new muffler, and best of all, no more exhaust fumes invading the interior of the car while Im driving! Very satisfied and will continue to recommend Alaw Auto to everyone.

See I broke down in the middle of the road and had very little money I gave ebduo a call he told me not to worry that he would take care of it but I was worried still, by the end of the day there was nothing to worry about at all he performed the work and some the man went way beyond what he had to do and by the end of the day my car was on the road once again and the courtesy and the price is the best thing about it. Ebdou is the nicest man in the business I cant even begin to tell you the money he saved me if it was not for ebdou I would have scraped my car and still to this day be walking, I cant thank him enough and will never ever think of using another shop if I were you I would not either this is the best on price time and most of all courtesy. Comment: I AM IMPRESSED🤩My first encounter with NEW BUSINESS: ALAW AUTO.I am absolutely thrilled With my appointment. 2 other repair locations indicated I needed a wheel bearing. Owner Abdul was kind, caring and patient with my frustration. AND better yet : He is STRAIGHTFORWARD and HONEST! Not only do I NOT NEED a wheel bearing I only needed a section of muffler replaced, which he could do while I wait. Frankly I was stunned that i did NOT need a bearing replaced but instead an exhaust repair and asked him to show me. Which he did!!He also said I can wait on the repair but that it would, of course, get louder. Im waiting because Im in hopes for a new vehicle.On a site note .. If I HAD needed a wheel bearing I can tell you based on the other 2 estimates, unless the others were charging for TWO bearings that I DIDNT need, OWNER Abdul @ Alaw Autos estimate was going to be HALF the price!ALAW AUTO was well worth my 45 minute (each way) drive❤ BEST EXPERIENCE AT A SHOP EVER!

Comment: We already had a recommendation for another mechanic in the area before I came across this shop advertising as a new business in the Waterford area, so we decided to give them a try. After hundreds of dollars spent with a prior mechanic and no resolve with the issues on my sons vehicle, we were able to get a thorough explanation as to what was causing the problem. So we decided to take the vehicle in the next day and pick it up fully repaired the very same day!! The owner was thorough, reasonable and seemed very passionate about about what he does. I would highly recommend this shop and plan to use them again!

Comment: Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know. My fiancé and I took our car in, he ran a free diagnostics test and called us within the hour to let us know what was wrong. The price for our repair and oil change was probably one of the best prices I’ve been quoted. He worked on our car and called us about 4 hours later. We didn’t even have to leave the car or anything. Very satisfied with this shop :)

Comment: Wed seen that Alaw Auto Repair had recently opened, and so when our vehicle was having issues (cranking but not starting) we decided to give them a try. Since our favorite auto repair place closed down, we have been looking for another reliable repair shop. Its daunting to try a new place, but we are glad we did! We had a positive experience.They quickly diagnosed the problem as an electrical issue, and did a thorough safety check as well. Their pricing seemed reasonable and we received great service. A week has passed since the repair, and we have not had a single problem starting up the vehicle. We are very satisfied and will be taking our second vehicle in for muffler issues. Alaw Auto is a locally owned small business and we wish them continued success.

Comment: Very professional, polite and honest. I was looking for someone on a Saturday of all days to install my engine mounts on my 2007 saab 9-3 aero convertible. Called and the gentleman told me to come right in. Not only that but he was not open officially yet and was going to work on his wifes car yet took the time on his day off to fix my car. His pricing was more than fair is workmanship was outstanding. The repair shop was clean and lots of bays. He was not only a awesome mechanic but he was thoughtful and listened to all my concerns, not only did I find my new mechanic I have found a new friend.
