I was sadly taken advantage of and oversold by my dealer and went to these guys to get my car taken care of. They have been FANTASTIC!Ive been primarily speaking with Jon and going through him. Betweeen calls with my warranty company and the Hyundai dealer to get some mechanical/technological issues sorted, hes been amazing! Jon is super patient, hes straight to the point, and doesnt try to sugarcoat or oversell his customers on anything. Hes upfront about the issues with your vehicle and goes above and beyond on how to care for it.Even after my warranty runs out, I will definitely continue to come to these guys for service as they continue to take great care of my car. I highly recommend this place!

They where very thorough going over what my warranty covered and what it did not. Did a deep dive and they figured out the problem and repaired it. It was an extremely hard resolution and took longer than they thought at the start, but like the professionals they are held true to their quote and didnt try to over charge me, or for extra work they could have rightfully charged. Smart, hardworking, honest group doing good work. 100 percent recommend

I just had another vehicle taken care of by them and everything they told me was on point no surprises. Also had an issue with a battery I had put in by another place and got stranded the gentleman sent a rep to assist me even though it was not their issue and got me back on the road as the people that had put the battery on had broke something off my cable and did not tell me. So I phoned ahead, they told me everything I would need and that they were a day behind. Which was fine with me. We’re still dealing with the pandemic and I hadn’t returned to work. Already the communication was there which was great. I took my car the next day and two days laters. They notified me what was going on with my 2016 Chevy Malibu. It was explained to me in great detail. And if that wasn’t the problem they would look even deeper. They were even working with the warranty company I have my car through. Which we know that can be a headache. In the end, everything that needed to be addressed with my car was taken care of. It was even covered through my warranty. No money paid out of pocket. They went above and beyond. And my car drives just as good as it did when I first purchased it. The service was phenomenal. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle. I will most definitely go back. Comment: I had never heard of this auto center until 3 years ago when I bought a used vehicle and was told that this shop fixes my vehicle under warranty. They have always been really wonderful. John is so great and helpful and the times he hasn’t been here the other staff had been so nice. It’s nice to take your vehicle to a shop where you feel like you are not being screwed out of money. Although my warranty is now up on my vehicle and I do work at a dealership if I need anything fixed I will definitely still be making the drive to take it here when something is wrong with it. Thanks you guys for being so helpful and genuine.

Comment: I took my car in after going to another local auto shop and receiving an estimate that was less then desirable. Jon and his team took me under the hoist and showed me exactly what the issues were, and how the other shop may have misdiagnosed. They fixed the car promptly, and encouraged me to follow up with them after a week of driving. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Comment: When I took the car in they were honest on the time it would take to look at it. They were busy and that was a good sign. This auto repair was recommended by Independent Transmission, as they problem was the engine. Ended up being a quick fix and only $90. Am adding this repair shop to my list to go to first. Thank-you.

Comment: Let me tell you, John was just a godsend after a horrible experience I had with the dealership.I came in here to get my 2013 Cadillac ATS serviced. I just bought the car from Page Toyota a little under a month ago, and it already started having issues with the engine overheating and coolant leaking from the radiator. The total cost for these repairs were around $1,400. But since John specializes in dealing with extended warranties on cars like mine, I didnt have to pay a cent. He handled all the paperwork from the warranty company and was able to do all the repairs in a timely manner.But I Also have Fred and Sean from page toyota to thank for recommending and working everything out with John. They were the only people from the dealership who were willing to truly help me out.All in all I absolutely positively recommend this mechanic for any car repairs that you need, their prices are fair and they are willing to work with you to make sure you leave happy! I will definitely come back here for any future car service, and will be recommending my friends and family to come here as well.Also if you have an extended warranty on your car, go to these guys, they will handle everything on every step of the way!
