My dad suggested ABC since he’d taken both his personal and business vehicles there for work in the past and described the experience as friendly, fair, and high quality. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly and was told they’d call back the next day with a diagnosis and they did! The work was completed when promised, each interaction was friendly and informative. I definitely will be bringing my vehicle back for future maintenance! Thank you so much for living up to the hype!*edit to add*: I’ve had to bring my vehicle to ABC twice within the last week for separate issues. Both times I dropped my vehicle off it was repaired in under 24 hours. I can’t say the same for other shops around town.

Comment: I went in for a wheel bearing replacement, work was done same day. Right when I left my wheel bearing was loose and caused me to not be able to drive forward. I called back and they were quick to fix the mistake. Tom even came and picked me up took me to work and had my car towed back to the shop after hours and fixed promptly the next morning. He then even dropped my car back off at my house! Although a mistake was made I am grateful for the experience and the way it was handled. Will be back for more service

Comment: I have the alcohol interlock device(Draeger)on my Blazer for a year now. I have had nothing but issues with this unit since its installation from Dukes car stereo shop in Saginaw. The tech at Dukes treats me like I am a second rate citizen or less, for which I am not happy with.Today, I head to ABC Auto repair in Grand Blanc, I got the answer’s to the question’s I have been inquiring about with the Dukes tech, and I got treated like a human being. Amazing when you take the time to understand other people and there problems what can be accomplished!! I have had issues before where I didnt want to pay for the full repair on an older car and they gave me options and possible consequences so I was fully informed to make my decision. These guys have even topped off my antifreeze when I thought my heater was going out and sent me on my way. I felt dumb, but at least they didnt charge me an arm and a leg for the diagnosis like the dealership would have! Tom is great at explaining the situation and hes funny, too! Comment: I took a car I considering buying to ABC, today. My first time to this shop.Tom was great. Courteous and helpful on the phone. He took me without an appointment and finished inspecting the car in under an hour. I found his advice about the car to be helpful. The car was no good, so he gave me a break on the inspection fee. Wow! The shop was clearly busy, but Tom greeted every customer cheerfully. ABC says that they are a family business and its clearly not hype. I would take my repeat business here in a heartbeat.
